Went to check out, cash in hand .... Cashier asked me FOUR times if I would open a Kohls charge account. After the 4th time I left my items on counter and walked out. If your store can't respect my answer I WONT shop here.

Kohl’s yes, drive up NO! Every time I do drive up I put my info I such as car make and color and spot # and I wait and wait and wait. I have waited for 45 minutes before only to realize the store was getting ready to close and I need to call in and tell them I’ve been waiting to be told we never received notice you were here. I understand once maybe twice, but more than 4 times in a 3 month period. This system needs to be fixed bc some people such as myself isn’t always able to walk into the store to pick up my order or I would have already done that. If you wait for drive up order longer than 15 minutes call into the store. Chances are their computer system is still not working.

I ordered on December 4, slippers for my 8 grandchildren. I never got an email about my order. I called customer service to see what happened. I was told everything looks fine and my order was split into 4 orders. I had already received 2 of the items. I updated my email address and was told the emails will be forwarded as one letter of my email was left off. I waited a few days, I did not get any emails. I again called this time I was told exactly what had happened. The letter being left off. I again was told my orders were on the way. Corrected the email again. Still no email. No call. On December 23, I got a refund in my account for the rest of my order that never came. I needed to mail out some of the items and I have grandchildren who still have not got their gifts. Kohl's you SUCK!!! I refuse to ever shop with you again. And I will tell everyone I talk to Just how bad you are and how you don't give a damn!

Went in to return several items ordered online. Unmasked customers present, and many employees with masks below nose. Customer service staff had below nose mask and was constantly coughing on the customer in front of me. I left without doing my return or my intended shopping. Curbside returns and free return shipping not available.

A nice Kohl's store! Very friendly & helpful employees who ran the checkouts quickly. The aisles are wide in some parts of the store but others are really tight. It was a bit nerve racking trying to get my wheelchair through home decor with all the glass.

Store Manager Michael in Chambersburg Kohls told me that if a perfectly healthy employee wants to wear a plastic bag on his or her head as a preventative measure for COVID 19, even if it incites Community fear and panic he and Kohls were fine with that

Enjoyed shopping here recently. Many items on sale and prices were good. Employees were helpful.
