My husband went to kid to kid today and they were completely rude to him. They greeted everyone else but him and he feels is because he’s a man while everyone else was a female and then had him wait for awhile before they finally helped him and when they did help him they were rude to him. Which is upsetting because he loves shopping for our little girl as much as I do and they ruined his experience there and doesn’t ever want to shop there again.

This store was like a children’s gently used clothes and toy wonderland. I bought my baby girl so many adorable clothes for her coming months and found the most gorgeous Easter dress for next year. They also had formula, toys, books, and several swings, jumpers, strollers and baby accessories. My next trip will be to sell some of my outgrown baby clothes to kid to kid with some of my very fashionable baby girl clothing brands from Nordstroms and target.

First time visiting and it was way better than expected! The prices are great and they had so much to choose from! Everything appeared clean and new or like new. I'll definitely be shopping there in the future.

I had a very good time shopping for my two year old Grandaughter at kid to kid. I found great deals on toddler girls clothes many of them were 60% off. Tomorrow starts the clearance sale of discount bins for as little as a $1 This is a great place to shop for anything kid. It's not just a clothing store. All clothes are free of stains, tears, rips or wear. Only clothing in excellent condition is accepted for sale. This store is located in a very clean and well cared for shopping center. I have shopped here before and I have always felt safe and parking here is easy. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the vicinity

While I appreciate the idea of Kid to Kid and have found some nice, mostly reasonably priced clothing for my daughter, I wouldn't recommend consigning here. A year ago at another Kid to Kid location, I tried to consign clothes and was told I didn't have to wait with my items and could leave the store, but when I came back two hours later, was told the clothes were never looked at since I had to be present during sorting. A year later, I thought I'd give it another try at the Chambersburg location. I had called ahead to ask what inventory the store was currently looking for along with the maximum number of items I could bring. I was told spring and summer with 100 items max. Prior to driving 40 minutes to the store, I carefully sorted through the clothing I had to pick out just spring and summer pieces, and counted to ensure I had exactly 100 pieces. I made sure none of the items had stains or major wear and tear, and I knew that most of the items had only been worn a few times, if that. I took the items in with my toddler on a weekday afternoon in which the store didn't appear to be crowded. I waited for over an hour - not exactly a pleasant experience with a toddler while there isn't really anywhere to wait in the store - and after close to an hour and a half, I was handed back half of my 100 items. I politely asked why there were declined so that I would know if I tried to take them somewhere else. I was rather rudely told that most likely they had stains, or possibly the store didn't have room for the inventory right now. I pointed out I had gone through piece by piece that morning and can confirm not a single clothing item was stained. I was again rather rudely told that, "Well, we have brighter lighting in here. Do you want me to look at them again?" At this point, I was ready to just get the heck out so I declined the offer for them to go back through my items assuming little if anything would change. A little while later I was handed less than $40 cash for 52 items that included a convertible toddler car/walker, various shoes, car window shades, toys, and clothing in excellent shape. To say I was frustrated and disappointed with my experience is an understatement. In short, Kid to Kid is generally a fine establishment at which to shop, but if you're trying to make a little money by offloading your child's smaller sizes and outgrown toys and accessories, take your business elsewhere.

Loved the pink little door. Very helpful I got a give card for great grandson first birthday. Nice store. Hope my granddaughter will make good use and buy him some nice things from there.
