After being a loyal customer for over 25 years, I'm very disappointed in how they treated me. My family has bought between 12-15 vehicles from them being mostly new. I was going to order a 2023 GMC Yukon SLT off them. After sitting down with them they told me they would not offer my Dads GM employee pricing that they did not have to offer. Since they are in high demand. After calling 4 other dealerships near them. They said they would offer with no mark up. Shame on Jennings for lining their pockets over loyalty. Brought all my vehicles to get serviced. No more! They lost a life long customer.

Do not purchase a car here - they are inefficient, disorganized, and rude. It took an unreasonably long time to purchase the car, the staff were rude when they finally helped us with the paperwork, and the manager blamed me for being irritated that his staff were rude and inefficient in their jobs. They do not communicate with each other, or their customers, and their staff took out frustration from other customers onto us (and admitted that to us).Our salesperson was late to a meeting that I had set up two days prior, within business hours. And then he repeatedly blew me off for weeks about services we were promised after purchasing the vehicle.I was treated like my business didn't matter, and that they were fine without my money. And so that's how I will treat this business - I plan to never purchase another car from here ever again.Buying a car is a difficult process no matter where you go, but this place was gave me the worst experience Ive ever had.

We were looking "hard" for a new pickup truck. My husband looked on chevrolet.com and gmc.com practically every day trying to find the vehicle that would best suit our needs. We did find one, however, it was "in transit", and it appeared it would stay that way for a long time. Finally, we found what we were looking for at Jennings Chevrolet Buick GMC of Chambersburg, PA., some 300 miles from our home. From start to finish - this was the easiest vehicle transaction that we have ever experienced. Lori Kemp, Bruce Walls, Justin Diehl and Ed Lapinski all made us feel valued. We drove up to Chambersburg and on the morning of Halloween 2022, we completed the transaction. We are experienced car buyers and were ready for possible table negotiations with F&I. Since we informed them on the phone that we were only prepared to pay a certain amount, we were a little surprised that no extra added expenses were offered. They agreed to what we would pay, and we left there feeling like we got a decent deal. Enclosed is a photo taken from the hotel parking lot on the morning we picked up the Silverado. We took it as a positive omen that the rainbow was casting its glory on the dealership.

Horrible customer service. Called to purchase a car, cash in hand to make a deal. Was told no you can't purchase this car the owner is driving it around for months. Then why is it still on the website for sale? Guess you're not in the business of selling cars. Don't trust this dealership. Poor employees there have to put up with a horrible owner. At least the internet sales manager was nice but come on people really keep the car on the website but told no its not for sale.

Recently had them do a slave cylinder and clutch kit replacement on my '17 Cruze. The experience from start to finish was great. My service consultant, Liz, kept me up to date through the process. They performed the work and got my car back to me faster than they originally told me, and the price was right in line with their quote.

Courteous, professional and very helpful staff helped make a seamless and flawless purchase of my vehicle of choice. Allen was responsive with my many questions and changes. As a person with 30+ years in the automotive business from sales, service, general manager and dealer principal, I can say with no hesitation that Jennings is a class act and a dealership you can count on. I would travel another 13 hours to purchase again.

Rob and Rod were OUTSTANDING! Can’t say enough about how helpful, understanding and kind these guys are. Just picked up my truck for standard service and inspection. The whole ordeal was pleasant and efficient and very reasonable. I haven't always brought my vehicles here for service, and I regret it when I do not. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
