“Abel has treated me like family (10 years). I did go through a drawn out total loss claim and it was very frustrating. It was easy to reach them and use the site but there policies are trash. Ultimately I had my car appraised and once my appraiser and SF appraiser concluded on a price I accepted. I would recommend this agent, but if you deal with a total loss claim. Always get an appraisal done. It costs less than $300. And could earn you thousands. In my case over $5,000 due to invoices for modifications completed to the car that the claims departments could not accept due to the age of the modifications. Hope this helps. P.S.
