Always excellent customer service!!! I trust them implicitly to diagnose and fix the problem and only the problem. Often I find the service department chooses a much less expensive fix than I had anticipated. They have very strong values!

Working with Travis was great. I love that at Forrester you work with your salesperson thru the entire process and there is no baloney or old school dealer tricks. I would be happy to buy from them again.

Just a day before leaving for a business trip, the check engine light came on in my Aviator. With a quick call, Forrester Lincoln was able to determine the problem and squeezed my car into their schedule for repairs so I wouldn’t have to postpone travel. They even picked up and delivered the car…super convenient! Top notch service every time!
