They overall do a good job servicing the vehicle, but it always takes so long to wait on it that I always get a loaner car because I have so much to do and now have a new pup at home but a loaner was not available. If a customer requested a loaner while booking online they need notified before coming in if not available. Get more loaner cars because that is your best offered service and why I come here. Staff are always very nice.

Worked with Kala, she was straightforward, chill and not arrogant. The whole experience was actually enjoyable and easy. Was at another dealer that tried to sell the same truck “new” with 4000 miles and another dealer that didn’t have money to “just give me”, so the typical things people hate about buying a new car. Had a great experience at Fitzgerald Nissan, and I think both buyer and seller came out happy with the whole process. No wasted time haggling we just got down to a reasonable deal, surprised I got a reasonable deal on my trade in too. Good experience!!
