I went into the store to return an Amazon item since it was listed as a Fedex option. All the employees had to do was scan it like they are ringing up an item, and 2 associates can't even manage this. The first lady acted like I asked them to run a 5K because they wouldn't even try. The second associate complained he didn't know where to scan. I ended up just dropping it off in a FedEx box down the road with no problems what so ever. Just go to the drop-off box..

The old lady sometimes works in this store on Orchard Drive, she behaves very rudely, she gets angry if you bring her too many things to pay for. The manager of this store should check the performance of her employee, she is not even kind enough. Some time ago I thought that Maybe because she had had a bad day, but as long as she answers, it's the same, the truth is, so you don't even want to go back to buy in this store just thinking that this same lady will serve you.

Dollar General on Orchard Drive in Chambersburg, Employee was very rude, complaining that too many customers were coming in and she wished they'd stop coming. That's fine I will take my business else where.

It was awfull..1 person working..register wasn't working for cash..line to back of store..u all need help in this store ..and she was a manager and couldn't open the drawer..whats up with this situation..go to other stores..
