Finally found a pharmacy here in town that works for me. I went through Rite Aid and Walgreens first, unfortunately. The workers at this CVS are always very busy, but are still kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is that it took 7 days for them to fill my medicine (they said it's due to being overstaffed, which is understandable). I had to call in and have them elevate it, since I really needed my meds and could no longer wait. I'm thankful that the gentleman I spoke with was able to put a rush on that for me.

First time I went in to the pharmacy they said the computer system was down which I understand happens but I get a call the next day to come in at 1:30 pm so I wait in line at the drive thru. As soon as pull up they pull the gate down so I go inside. I tell them I was told to come at this time to get my medication and they tell me it’s lunch while the pharmacist made a smart mouth comment. Should have never switched to CVS.

CVS pharmacy over the last year has really went to chit.. finding 30 day supplies with only 15 pills, should be 30 pills, then still get charged the same. Multiple months this has happened. Seems every time ya go to pick up prescriptions, new people in there including the pharmacists. No wonder all the issues with all those rookies. Guess it’s time to change from CVS.

I have been on a medication for addiction for 12 years. I have never had so many issues getting it filled until I came back to PA. I tried to get it filled this weekend they said there’s an issue w insurance.I waited until this morning Monday and went to the pharmacy which is 40 min from my house. Got to the window they claim my insurance is terminated. It’s not. They would not call my insurance and were very short w me. They said I could pay cash about $600 and get reimbursed however I had to come back later at 4pm to pick it up and I live 40 min away. This was at 9am. I pulled away from the pick up window and called my insurance got the correct information for them. I know if this was a medication like insulin or something else they would have called for me but I digress. Went back and gave them the info and they filled it.I wish pharmacists and techs would treat people with respect. Just because I’m filling a script for something associated with drug addiction they stereotype you and treat you like garbage. I work in healthcare and would never treat my patients like cvs did today. Find a mom pop local pharmacy and avoid cvs at all costs

I stopped at this Wayne Ave CVS around 4pm this afternoon and asked the store manager about a product I was looking for. He checked the inventory and said there were none on the shelf but he would check in the back. There were none there so he called the other CVS...no answer. He checked again and said there were supposed to be some wrapped in a pallet and he would look for it if I wanted to come back. I returned shortly thereafter and he had located them and had it on the floor. Now that is customer service!!!I wish I could remember his name.

Pros: Good merchandise, good staffing that builds rapport. Easy parking in parking lot.Cons: Expensive even with coupons, limited and or small quantity amount of products.Difficult entrance and exit during rush periods.

Made an appointment online for a COVID pcr test for travel and paid for it through their online portal. Drove 30 minutes to the store and they had a “visiting pharmacist” who was unable to perform the test. They said I would need to contact corporate headquarters for a refund.

Wayne Ave. CVS Pharmacy, has the MOST RUDE "employees"!(pharmacy cashier)They short me 3 pills, and deny it......OK! It was prednisone...so I could BREATHE during a bout with asthmatic bronchitis!I would understand if it was a narcotic.........BUT IT'S NOT!If my REGULAR pharmacy had been open, I would have gone there!!!! If you can't treat people with dignity and some respect, GET OUT OF "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!

The staff is not helpful and unable to be reached by phone. My script had been filled 3 days, I picked up my cheap scripts and told them I would be back in 3 days to pick up the more expensive one. Came back 3 days later and they had put it back on the shelf. Then I forgot one of my scripts at cvs after I had paid for it. I didn’t realize until several days later. They didn’t call me to tell me I left it behind. When I went back to get it, they said their systems said it’s been sold. We have to get insurance ok to fill it again. What did they do with my pills? I’m now out of my medication and going to a different pharmacy to pay full price for the medication. It’s depression meds. I have no choice. This was all in a week. I will not be going back to CVS.

All the employees, in the Pharmacy and the front of the store are always so friendly and helpful. This is the CVS closest to my home; I get all of my prescriptions here. The rest of the store also has many useful items. I really enjoy shopping here.

I want to shout out the pharmacy staff at CVS on Wayne Avenue. You guys are awesome!!!!! And generally speaking, I really like the staff at this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. CVS is one of my favorite places to shop.

Worst pharmacy ever. Answer you rudely. Laughed when I asked to transfer RX based on my practitioner’s advice. Whether it was accurate or not you should never sarcastically laugh at someone desperately seeking to find a way to have a needed medication filled when this pharmacy can’t get it accomplished. Such poor customer service… disrespectful and dysfunctional establishment.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! They NEVER answer the phone you will be on hold all day long .. and I use the automatic refill system and every time I go through the drive-through window to pick up my medicine that should be already filled they told me it’s gonna be 30 minutes to come back. COMPLETE JOKE!!!! 0 STARS!
