This place service is not good. Too long waiting to get prescriptions and staff just rude will be changing my pharmacies to another location. Need to get more staff period.

The Washington St. pharmacy should just close. The store is wonderful but the pharmacy is not doing it's job. Over the past few years I've seen this place go downhill miserably. There are always staffing problems and are often closed when they should be open. Prescriptions often aren't filled and ready when we need them. My companion had called them early last week to have them call his Dr for a new script and was told it would be ready on Friday. So he runs down there on Saturday during normal business hours and of course they were closed. So we stopped by this morning (Monday), and they still didn't have it ready. It was a necessary medication which he had ran out of two days prior. They said they had to contact his Dr. He said "I asked you to do that last week and it was to be ready on Friday, where is it?" The person told him to lower his tone. At that point we pulled out of the drive thru and didn't pick up the one med that they actually had ready. And he also has a script for a diabetes pill, which he doesn't even take if he skips a meal and had probably a week or so extra, and when he finally ran out, they still didn't have the refill ready. At times there are no problems and the staff is usually friendly, but this is a periodical and ongoing issue. There's no excuse for this and we will be switching to another facility for our prescription needs. I feel sorry for the person who is injured by their negligence.

I have officially sat in the drive thru for the past 30 minutes. Not 1 person has acknowledged me. I have hit the button a couple of times to get someone's attention, but nothing. I can see why the 2 cars infront of me left.

Always running out of merchandise or low on stock of merchandise and products.Difficult parking entrance and exit, bad location in general.Not the most professional staff but they will get the job done I suppose.

The pharmacy here is ABHORRENT! Every time I've had a prescription sent there, they claim they don't have my prescription, and it's always a huge headache dealing with them. I would recommend using ANY other pharmacy, if possible.

My prescription was supposed to be ready at 4 pm on monday, stopped in to pick it at 11 on tuesday and still not ready, the store is cluttered and disgusting, staff was friendly

Pharmacist has the worst attitude. Made my experience just picking up a simple medication absolutely horrible and I have heard many others say this as well. Take your business elsewhere.

I have had two prescriptions that took too long to fill, so I had to go elsewhere. When I tried to call about the prescriptions, nobody answered the phone. I understand being short staffed, but there should be a way to refer people to other pharmacies if you can't fill a prescription in a timely manner.

Some of the pharmacists are really nice but the company itself is a joke. How is it acceptable to run the pharmaceutical department as if they are cashiers with only one or two people? To be on hold for over an hour to get my dad's heart pills is absolutely unacceptable.

This place is not professional at all, I’ve always dealt with cvs, but this specific pharmacy and location is terrible. I called earlier today and no one answered so I went in to see if my prescription was ready while on my lunch break, while the young girls are gossiping but couldn’t “answer” the phone as it sat there and rang over and over. Do better

Pharmacist needs an attitude adjustment.He was not even wearing a badge and refused to say his full name. How can we trust that? Is he even a true pharmacist? He is handling medications and the community is trusting evil hearted individuals with their health. "Nate" is all he would say his name is....be cautious with this location....

The Physician lie to me abt getting meds and after my Insurance , call they told me that he just did not want to do it or felt incomfortable filling my meds , very bad customer service for lying to customers

Today i tried to use the self check out I used a 20 dollar bill and it ate y money Sarah I believe he name was was incompetent, was rude, and accused me of stealing. She was tinkering with the machine for about 20 minutes I walk out without my $5.52 which they owed me. Management was even worse to me. When I left the had the audacity to threaten to call the cops on me when I walked out!The party Talked to a different manage a week later and he resolved everything gave an apologized and gave money owned back. Employees should step up and take action into there own hands rather then follow their “protocol”
