Travis came out after hours to fix my broken AC same day. He was kind, honest, and had it fixed really fast. But he made sure to do a thorough check of everything to make sure it was all good. He didn’t try to sell me unnecessary things and was upfront about what may be needed in the future. Can’t thank him enough! Climate Control Inc. In Chambersburg has truly been a blessing to our family. Two years ago we signed a service contract with them. Every time they come to our house they are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional . They even let our young son, who is very intrigued with their tools and equipment, watch while they work. Over the weekend, one of our units stopped working. It was time to be replaced and in a timely manner the unit was replaced. The prices are very fair and the workers are very efficient. The job was completed in a few hours and very professionally done. Additionally they’re very clean and pick up after themselves. This company is a 5 star company in all aspects. We will continue working with them in the future. I highly recommend anyone needing HVAC work to give them a call.Services: Thermostat repair

I have to add to the chorus of positive reviews for Travis and the team at Climate Control, Inc. When our a/c unit went out in the middle of August, Travis came out the same day to take a look and make a recommendation for how to fix it. He walked through several options - from a lower cost option of doing some repairs to the higher-cost option of replacing the whole system. Given the age and wear on the existing system, we decided to have CCI install a whole new unit. Despite supply chain delays, they got us up and running again within two weeks and did efficient, high quality work. Communication was excellent, service was professional and friendly - can't recommend these guys highly enough!Services: HVAC duct & vent installation

I would like to thank Climate Control for the Great job installing our new Heat pump . Travis has a Great group of people from Deb in the office to Austin, Nate and Rusty who did the installation. Travis should be proud of his crew. Travis has been servicing our HVAC now for 6 or 7 years . When it was time for a new system I wouldn't have gone anywhere else . The installers are very friendly very neat and very particular about there work . When they were done everything was cleaned up and they they took all the trash away . Before they left I believe it was Rusty who went over everything and made sure I understood how the new thermostat worked . Thanks again for the Great Job .

WE HAVE HEAT!!! Our thanks to Travis, owner of Climate Control Inc. of Chambersburg, PA, for visiting the Leah's Legacy operation center in Greencastle weeks ago to make sure all the electrical needs were in place for installation of a mini split - heat & AC. Travis and his workers installed today - just in time before the big snow storm. Now our P&G items will not freeze and be protected from the winter that's coming. Quick and easy install and everything cleaned up and put back in its place. Thank you so much for your professionalism and quality workmanship.Services: Heating system installation

Travis and his crew were professional, honest, and treated us like real people in need of a new HVAC system. After waiting days for another company’s quote (that I had to repeatedly ask for, even when they knew we were running emergency heat), Travis came out himself to check our system and got us a quote within 24 hours. Even over the holidays, he was willing to answer questions we had prior to install, and his office staff was just as responsive and helpful.When install time came, all the installers put on booties when in our house, were quick, kind, respectful, and went so far as to repair roughed up yard and vacuum the room they needed to use to get into our attic.I did not know any of these individuals personally, but felt that we were given excellent “personalized” care and attention. Great experience!! Needed a quick fix because of 98 degree weather and down central AC and was dreading waiting a few weeks like normal hvac repair companies. Googled and searched reviews. I called around 5pm Monday evening and immediately had someone out to the house to diagnose problem even during busy July summer heat. The AC was fixed ASAP and I’m thrilled! I will call them again and again for my HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

Nate and his crew, apologies don’t know everybody’s names, did a great job installing a gas line extension. Efficient, neat and organized from start to finish. Highly recommend.
