I bought a phone from Amazon and my previous carrier doesn’t support eSims. I called the customer service at Boost and whoever changed my account to Boost did it wrong. I went into this store right at 9am and CJ was working alone. We had to use a translator app to understand each other but he was very patient and kind with me. Transferring from my family mobile to Boost is not an easy job and takes time. He was on the phone with boost services and multitasking and helping the flood of customers that came in like a Boss! At one point he was using 4 different computers. He never got upset and took care of all of us. I’m so happy I left with the phones and service I needed and that even though it was a long process it was a pleasant experience. I will return to this store for any future issues I have bc I know I will get taken care of!

Literally if I could give this place 0 stars I would CJ is the worst customer service I've ever had anywhere after waiting an hour and 15 mins for an upgraded phone tells me they have no SIM card and I'll have to wait till tomorrow because they sold a SIM card to a lady that was there after me and then when I called to try and get to talk to a manager today got the run around wouldn't let me leave my phone number or give me a way to contact store manager still irritate over the situation then when I was leaving they were like have a good night and we're giggling so unless you want that treatment just RUN! Boost needs to get a handle on this store this isn't the first bad experience here

Bryan and Cryjesus we're very rude as I told them that I don't speak Spanish they continued to be rude and speak Spanish and laugh and carried on so I took my business to Shippensburg there I met Carlos and he was extremely helpful and nice and I will only take my business to Shippensburg from now on

My husband is the boost customer, and I have to say, they were great. His phone stopped working, and he had insurance, they replaced the phone, the case, screen protector, and even gave him a set of ear buds, for less than I imagined.

Not happy at all young man was to busy selling me phoned instead of listening to problem. He used lot of sells tactics to example telling me that the last phone need to buy now or loose out. He needs training to be kind

Over priced and poor customer service. You will be better off going to the next store or buy off there website.
