“We had satellite come out to repair a windshield. I do feel that a lot can be communicated with in person contact and conversation as opposed to automated systems and scheduling. The tech who came out was great, professional and fast. It is July and we are in the middle of a heat wave. We did have a bit of an issue with the windshield. I called to reschedule and I called the automatic system and figured in the store would be best, which was what I scheduled. I did get a person to call me back and we had to make some minor re-arrangements but the appointment came into their system as a warranty visit at our house (I figured it would be best to have it done in the store front due to heat)- the tech (Kyle) came out and in the real feel 107 degree heat did a stellar job with the work- the temperature is not fit for man or beast outside and he came out and fixed that window in the heat of the day- kudos to him, in a world where it seems a lot of people don’t go to work routinely, in this horrible heat he was professional and completed the job, thank you ? five stars for the tech four stars for automated system.”
