No true customer service or desire to assist. Their services for you to safe guard your account fail and then you are penalized. The transition from BB&T to Truist as been horrifying. My husband could not access the app for his account for months after he was “upgraded” to the new brand. I lost more than a a hundred dollars in fees for they’re security alert failures, to which they will not refund or reimburse. Six attempts and multiple emails requesting information and a determination letter for a pre-authorization for a home loan have gone unanswered. This all just since Truist took over. There’s no pride in their business that’s for sure.

HelloI have no where else to turn but to social media. When I made an online payment this bank charged me three times the same day. They told me it was a computer glitch. This was a month ago and they never fully reimbursed me. I made countless calls and even visited the norland branch discussing the matter with its manager C Wilson. She agreed that it was a mistake but it has to go back to be researched in the loan department. In the meantime my account shows that I am late and they have added a late fee. I am still waiting for my reimbursement. The regional director B Miller reassured me that this should have been taken care of a long ago Again. I am still waiting. I filed a complaint with the Federal Reserves, PA Attorney General’s Office and the BBB. My advice to you would be to bank somewhere else.

I've personally never had a bad experience with this bank. The hours are slightly odd, but that's with any bank, especially during this time. With this bank's help I've managed to raise my credit score about 100 points higher. Can sometimes be a little slow, but everyone I've interacted with is kind and very helpful. When I first opened my account the bank manger gave me her business card and asked to call with any questions. I've known this bank to give very organized information and I've had my account for about 3 years now. Also BB&T's online banking portal feels very easy and safe to use. Nothing but praise from me. :)

Ok called to see what ingredients are in tuna salad .could not hear with all back round noise and hard to even understand. With the accent they have. I said huh he hung up on me . Really that's not how you treat customers. So sad ? can't not hear when your workers are speaking in back round. My move your phone . And speak clear English.Guess you don't need customers that bad.I have to check due to my allergies. Of certain ingredients.

I could list like 40 things wrong with this branch, and bb&t in general, esp since they merged with sun trust. They frequently "forget" to flag fraudulent charges unlike other banks, they arent a safe place to keep your money in general. I cannot think of a worse bank. Use chime or paypal or sumn. Youd honestly be safer paying a child to hold into your cash.

Went in to get change for a 20 after coming in from the ATM in Chambersburg. Got a cold and nasty reply. Then got treated like I was lying about being a client. I dug out my BB and T card and Put it down. And even then she said in the same tone to "have a nice day." Very rude! I've been with them for 20+ years.

Leanne at BB&T is my personal banker she has helped me out many times with different financial decisions. She truly takes a genuine interest in your situation. Very easy to contact via phone which in my book is huge. Thank you!

(BEDBUG ALERT) 6/26/17 I JUST LEFT BB&T BRANCH ON NORLAND AVE BECAUSE A HUGE DINO BEDBUG CRAWLED ON ME ... I ASK BANKER WHAT IS THAT HER FIRST RESPONSE WAS I BROUGHT IT WITH ME SHE WAS CALM ABOUT IT ... SO I ASKED FOR BRANCH MANAGER ... SHE WASNT SURPRISE EITHER ... WHATS CRAZY IS WHEN I LOOKED UP REVIEWS ONLINE THE ONLY REVIEW IS FROM THE PEST MAN ... SMH ... PISSED
