“Today I was a little early for an appointment with the service department, the staff was very gracious and checked me in when I arrived. They offered me a ride to any destination, performed my requested service. The service took less time than I expected, the bill was as quoted, no surprises, they made sure I was satisfied, reviewed what they did, Washed my vehicle!
It was my 1st time using them, but I will recommend them and return if I need service!

“Even though we live in Maryland we purchased our Toyota at Fitzgerald Toyota in Chambersburg Pennsylvania. Excellent pricing and availability. I continue to make the 70 minute drive to Chambersburg as I have been extremely impressed with the service provided. Making the appointment is easily done online and they send a pleasant reminder a day or so beforehand. Most recently I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and said I would wait. A day before the appointment our audio unit developed a problem and would do nothing but continuously turn itself on and off. When I arrived for my service I told the service advisor of the audio problem, thinking that I’d need to make an additional appointment to have it fixed. Instead he stated that they would be happy to include the audio fix immediately however as I was waiting he warned that it would take longer than the original service. While I waited I received a text containing a video from the tech working on the car with an update and the service advisor personally updated me as well. After 2 hours my oil change was done, my tires were rotated and my audio unit repaired! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received at this dealership!”

“We were looking "hard" for a new pickup truck. My husband looked on chevrolet.com and gmc.com practically every day trying to find the vehicle that would best suit our needs. We did find one, however, it was "in transit", and it appeared it would stay that way for a long time. Finally, we found what we were looking for at Jennings Chevrolet Buick GMC of Chambersburg, PA., some 300 miles from our home. From start to finish - this was the easiest vehicle transaction that we have ever experienced. Lori Kemp, Bruce Walls, Justin Diehl and Ed Lapinski all made us feel valued. We drove up to Chambersburg and on the morning of Halloween 2022, we completed the transaction. We are experienced car buyers and were ready for possible table negotiations with F&I. Since we informed them on the phone that we were only prepared to pay a certain amount, we were a little surprised that no extra added expenses were offered. They agreed to what we would pay, and we left there feeling like we got a decent deal. Enclosed is a photo taken from the hotel parking lot on the morning we picked up the Silverado. We took it as a positive omen that the rainbow was casting its glory on the dealership.”
