I gave two cuz Abel is always kind, but I left because of cole. He is rude and condensending and when dealing with customers, he needs to learn some manners. I found better coverage and its cheaper due to cole being a rude service man, so I guess if anything, thanks for helping me find more for less!

Abel, Marcos, and the entire team are amazing. My wife and I were in an accident over the weekend and I gave Abel a call. He was extremely responsive, giving us all of the support that we needed. Also would like to add that he was on vacation during this time but it didn't matter at all. All he cared about was making sure that we were OK and taken care of. This business definitely goes above and beyond.

I had a great relationship with this State Farm agent for years. I ended up switching to Allstate and State Farm reported a lapse In my coverage in error. It took a month to correct the issue. So I ended up paying for a month to avoid a lapse but couldn't drive during that time. Very bad experience. Other than that I have years of good things to say about them but I am still angry about the situation when I switched companies.

Abel has treated me like family (10 years). I did go through a drawn out total loss claim and it was very frustrating. It was easy to reach them and use the site but there policies are trash. Ultimately I had my car appraised and once my appraiser and SF appraiser concluded on a price I accepted. I would recommend this agent, but if you deal with a total loss claim. Always get an appraisal done. It costs less than $300. And could earn you thousands. In my case over $5,000 due to invoices for modifications completed to the car that the claims departments could not accept due to the age of the modifications. Hope this helps. P.S. I recently had to have my car repaired, with some body work.Abel made my experience, of dealing with a stressful situation, a comfortable one.He checked on my car's status. And kept me informed of my progress without having to ask.When my vehicle was completed, he immediately checked on how satisfied I was with the work done.I've never had a nicer, more concerned agent, as well as his staff, in all my years of dealing with Insurance companies.Thanks so much!

I completed their website form to request a quote for home insurance. Put a lot of information in the form about me and the house (they even ask for SS number, although that was optional).Well they did not even care to reply by email or phone, it is like all the information entered was good for nothing.Very bad.

AMAZING! Abel is truly the best at what he does and he leaves no questions to be asked. I stopped in for an inquiry about life insurance and he provided me all of the answers I needed! Customer service is great and this office & team makes you feel like you are at home! Definitely recommend for any insurance need.

Abel and Marcos all go above and beyond. They never try to up-sell. I have even had them tell me that I did not need coverage that I thought I needed. Even if I found a cheaper rate somewhere else, I would stay just because the customer service is so great.

Better rates than Allstate, consistently, excellent service and response time, made me switch after 10 years with one carrier and now my parents moved all their business to them as well in Maryland.
