Terrible when you call them you never find them ? I don't like the service at all. My car broke down I called triple A I spent almost the whole day before they send someone to tow my car.

Terrible customer service. Utterly useless. Do not waste your money on these people. They do not do their job to assist and went out of their way to make getting a tow difficult. Would avoid at all cost. Chambersburg AAA is terrible and I doubt the company will do anything about it. They use to have a good reputation this branch has sullied it for me.

Finally after 10 hours and the third driver that they said they sent someone finally came. Terrible customer service, I ask for an ETA on when the driver would come and they refused to find out for me.

AAA towed my vehicle to the wrong location, even tho the updated address was submitted through THEIR ways of doing it! Awful. And then they cannot be bothered to fix their mistakes!!! Useless.

Was a little disappointed called and asked a question about a title they give me an answer I called sollenberger's ask the same question they were able to help me across the phone AAA said 2 to 3 weeks same question

Just wasn’t impressed. Inside looked nice but they couldn’t help me with my requests. I’m pretty easy going so that was disappointing.
