The place is fine but the staff are the rudest people alive. Just a small example: walked into the bank, it was empty, two tellers doing nothing. We stepped up to queue and they just STARED at us and left us standing there for like 5 mins. And I watched them. The one woman just kept looking up at us the other just kept drinking out of her cup and looking out the window at the empty car teller window lanes outside. Like we would leave if they ignored us long enough. This branch has always been odd, as it seems their staff have always just been in idgaf-mode at all times.

The company is terrible. Wouldn’t even exchange cash for cash unless I was a customer. What happened to common courtesy.

Stephanie Robrazeal the banker and Kylie Woeller her manager provided horrible service. Stephanie wasn’t familiar with her job and the manager could not assist with simply tasks. I do not recommend this bank at all. I would rate 0 if that was an option.

I have gone to this branch for more than 20 years now; the quality of bankers working at this location keeps getting worse. This morning I visited the branch to place some documents in the locker, I asked the banker, Daniel Romero, to see if I can assign beneficiary to my accounts. His response, yes we can do that, it would take a few minutes. He looked at my accounts, and realized it’s more than one account and may be too much work for him!! I explained to him that it’s very hard both my husband I to have a time off at the same time when the bank is open, he did not care. Then stated I have an appointment coming in ten minutes, so you have to schedule. I was in and around the branch for next ten minutes, no one is being helped, he is just sitting in his corner office. I am fairly confident, that at this time most of the bankers spend their day waiting for appointments to show up, if they show up. Great customer service would be to hustle and take care of the clients. He was not rude, but he also showed zero interest in working!!! Went to PNC To do the same, was helped by a wonderful lady, right there and then . We will be making a move to another bank in a next few weeks.

I called Wells Fargo customer service for help on an issue with my account. As always seems to be the case they couldn’t help me & said that I had to go in to the branch. They - Wells Fargo - scheduled an appointment for me at the Chalfont Branch. When I got there today the woman who came to the door said that she did not see an appointment for me & that I couldn’t come in because I hadn’t been screened. When I asked what that meant she explained that they call in advance of your appointment. I explained that I had not received any call. She insisted that a voice mail was left. (I checked and had no missed calls and no VMs). I asked if I could be screened on the spot & she refused. She told me I would have to reschedule. I rearranged my whole day to make the appointment but she was not helpful at all when I told her that. In fact she treated me rudely & asked me to leave. I have multiple accounts with Wells Fargo and have quite a bit of money there. So Wells Fargo scheduled the appointment for me because they couldn’t help me over the phone, then refused to see me because they didn’t call to screen me, and then treated me rudely. I will be taking my money elsewhere!

Clean location. Rude tellers. Typically have bad attitudes, talk to each other about gossip in front of customers, act as if being bothered by having to do their job. Never had an issue with money being counted improperly. Convenient location provides functionality. Could be a good location with some customer service training.

No one works at this branch greets nor smile at customers. Maybe just to me? Service is bad too. I am closing my account and my mom's.
