My husband bought me a Himaway Zebra step through e- bike directly from Himaway several months ago. After trying to ride it I didn’t feel comfortable riding the bike because of the weight of the e-bike. We decided I should probably get a lighter weight or smaller e-bike but wanted to test ride the bike first. I called several Himaway dealers.
Gary at Redline E-bikes was the only Himaway dealer to contact me to answer my questions. Gary said I could come test drive the Himaway Rambler Upgrade e-bike before purchasing the bike. Gary was very knowledgeable about the e-bike and also showed us Sena bike helmets with communicators and blue tooth.
We bought the Himaway Rambler Upgrade e-bike and also the helmets.
Today we rode our Himaway e-bikes 15 miles and I love my new Himaway Rambler Upgrade e-bike. Can’t wait to ride it again tomorrow.😊

We went to the free Himiway tune up. The owners were great. We had a problem with one bike and they had the parts onsite and fixed the bike immediately. We will drive the hour and 45 minutes again, to purchase our next bike from them. They also had Sena helmets and Hollywood bike racks available. Great experience and super nice people!!!

We purchased an e-trike in August of 2023 from Redline E-Bikes. I did not want to purchase from some anonymous website. Redline E-Bikes was just what I hoped for. Setting up an appointment through the website was easy. The shop has plenty of safe pavement on which to test drive the bikes and trikes. The owner, Gary, is very knowledgeable about e-bikes. He showed me the basics of riding an e-trike, which was new to me. Once I selected the trike, we had a bit of a scare because it did not appear that my chosen bike would fit in our SUV. But Gary made some adjustments to the trike and made it work. We got a great price, a great trike, and a lot of help with the test drive and purchase. Very pleased.

Wanted to look at e-bikes in person instead of ordering online. Googled. Professional looking web site said they are open. Drove an hour. Its in a barn behind a house. Not open. They appear to have went on vacation but im sure the owners will complain and say you should buy local and independent.

Great place, friendly and knowledgeable owner... we have 3 himiways now, one we purchased at Red Line, they've all been very good to us... nice to know there's a local dealer now
