I always make my appointment online and never have a problem getting in within a day or two. Check in is a breeze and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Only once has the 'stick' been less then perfect, usually it's pretty much painless and the blood draw is done quickly and efficiently. I guess all those 1 star reviewers met with different folks as everyone I've encountered has been pleasant and professional.

I come here occasionally for routine bloodwork. The staff is always friendly, especially the young man (not sure of his name) and Sylvia. Even though I’m always a walk-in due to only having time to go during my work breaks, I’m always taken back right away.

Quest at Chalfont is fantastic! I had been to the Warrington, PA location prior. I would never return there. My wife suggested I try Chalfont, PA. The woman who helped me there was an expert as well as kind and compassionate. I'm 100% thrilled as a direct result of my interaction with her.

If there was an option to give 0 I would give that to the service at this quest. The tall lady with pixie cut is so rude. She got upset and irritated as soon as he saw there was some confusion in order placed by the doctor. Isn’t that their jobs to resolve the order issues and proceed? While she was about to take blood I got an urgent call from my child’s school and I had to take it. She asked me to step out of the room to take the call and called the next patient. I understand that she didn’t want the next patient to wait. So I waited patiently for my turn. After she was done with that patient she saw me waiting for my turn and then she ignored me and went called one more patient. When I asked her she said I will only get called after one more patient, which didn’t make any sense. She doesn’t deserve to have this job if she is going to be rude with her clients. The videos that quest show at the waiting room and the actual experience is very different.

The visit to this location was an awful experience, as it has been in my previous dealings with the staff at this location. They are unapologetically rude, unprofessional and disorganized. I was dropping off a time-sensitive samples for my handicapped sister. I was in the uncrowded waiting room for over 20 minutes before someone emerged from the back room. I tried to explain that the kiosk didn't show an option for dropping a sample. They offered no assistance whatsoever. The Quest lab at 645 Easton Road were competent, efficient, professional, and pleasant.

Well that was unpleasant. Went for routine walk in. Willing to wait. Signed in on the machine with all my proper info and card. Lady came out, sharply told me “you did it wrong!” I asked what that means and she said she didn’t know but I messed it up. I said I would just enter it all again and she told me that won’t work. She motioned rudely at it and implied I was an idiot. Wow. I never complain about service folks but this was absurd. I was treated with contempt for no reason. I left.

I have a bad experience. The person who withdrew the blood is unprofessional and unfriendly. Do not use this location.I had to wait an hour and a half.

I've never had such a horrible experience somewhere. The lady that works here is so incredibly rude and demeaning, for no reason. It was only after I started crying because of the way she was speaking to me that she started treating me a little bit like a human. I will never be back here.

Please fire the the lady working I’ve NEVER written a review as I am not one to take the time to do this. IF there was anyone else working I would complain and recommend a termination to staff. Instead I’m doing it here hoping quest takes all bad reviews as truth. Most unpleasant person I’ve met working with people. The fact this woman still has a job is disgusting I’m embarrassed we are of the same race. I don’t know what else more quest needs at this point your losing customers and money keeping her and or staff.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! You can never get your blood work in less than 1 hour even with an appointment. Every person who works at this location is rude and makes you feel like it’s an imposition for them that you are there. If they are so unhappy, why work there. I’ve been in this area for 15 years and it feels like it’s their mission to drive people to any other location rather than serve the patients here. They refuse to acknowledge you, make you wait even when no one is there and bark at you. AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!Every single person should complain and get these lazy workers out of there.

Arrived at my appointment ON TIME and there were several people waiting who had already checked in .I could not use the ONLY check in kiosk due to woman not being able to sign in . She could not find her cards , eventually got help from another patient and after some time, more than 10 minutes and no success caught the phlebotomist and she told her she was having problems signing in . The phlebotomist said don't worry about that and took her in . I finally signed in not thinking my appointment was cancelled because I am now 10 minutes late signing in . Also the electronic scheduler on TV which shows scheduled and walk-ins was not working . After several more people arrived and went in and came out I questioned the phlebotomist when she came to the door for the next patient .Is there a problem with my appointment ? I had a 9:50 appointment and the gentleman she was taking in had a 10:50 appointment .I was told my appointment was cancelled because I checked in after the 10 minutes rule - would have been nice if she told me 30 minutes sooner . She did say she would take me, but I needed to check in again . I replied I will go elsewhere . Not Right and Very inconvenient after fasting for 12 hours . They Need a sign in sheet or a human being to acknowledge you are there.Also you might think the only person in there would say something . I like Quests web site and scheduling . Souderton and Lansdale locations are 5 stars .

Worst experience ever, the tech basically kick my daughter out because she didn't have printed script. She didn't feel like looking for her script and said she can't find anything just because she was rushing to close at 12am. Such a rude person. It was on Saturday 11.18.23. It funny how we never had issues with other quest locations with the same script.

I was here this morning. They managed to serve 3 people in 40 minutes. Like they operate and not draw blood. Will never go to this place again. You can't speak with anyone, just wait for a miracle. I gave up. Horrible experience, waste of time. Go to LabCorp!
