An exceptional experience! My move-in was flawless! Elise and Wayne were so kind and considerate. Wayne even met me early to accommodate my furniture delivery. My flat was sparkling!! New neighbors stopped by to welcome me!I could not be happier!

Moved in on 10/6/21. Absolutely seamless. Big heavy furniture all set up and slowly unpacking the totes and boxes. Elise from the leasing office has been instrumental in securing our one king bedroom and den located on the first floor. Also thanks to Wayne for his efforts also.

I’ve only been here about two months, but it’s wonderful so far! Very clean, up-to-date, mostly quiet (one guy has a car with a loud exhaust system but it’s not a big deal), and really really nice neighbors! I had a slow draining bath sink one day, put in a maintenance request in the morning and by noon someone was here to fix it. Another day they came to replace one of the three French door blinds, and when I came home I didn’t like how the new one didn’t really match. I complained and they fixed it with matching blinds the very next day—no problem. (Not new ones but, hey, they are clean and they match!) The parking lot lights are bright— great for feeling safe when outdoors at night, not so great if you like it dark when you sleep. Solution: “zero” room darkening curtains! Pitch black now. It’s also in a GREAT location. You are close to everything you could need.I don’t know what more I could want. It’s really wonderful. Clean, quiet and friendly!UPDATE: 2 1/2 years later and I still love it here. Yes, the maintenance team can be kind of slow sometimes, but all in all the place is wonderful!

I have been waiting to write the review so that I dont have to give just three stars, but I guess this is where our patience end.Cons- the major issue we are (still) dealing with is our entire apartment is filled with vibrations and noise because of a dehumidifier that is apparently installed between the floor and the garage below. It is prominent in the living room so much so that I can barely sit in the living room for more than 5 minutes. It was tolerable initially but since a week it is absolutely not. One of neighbors also came in the apartment and agreed that it is very bothersome. I have told the office and the maintenance staff several times (first reported almost three weeks ago) All i get is “we are looking into it”. Unfortunately because of covid and other issues we didnt get to see the unit until two days before we moved in. If we were told in advance we would have just chosen a different unit. Overall the maintenance orders take long time.Still waiting for some minor issues to be fixed. After confirming twice, the carpet wasn’t cleaned. Just two days after we vacuumed and the dust cup was almost full(no exaggeration, I actually have the photo)Pros- everyone here is extremely nice. The neighbors( i have not made so many friends in such a short time in any other community), the office staff, the maintenance staff( except one person who could be bit more professional).We were hoping to stay here longer but not so sure based on our experience so far.

I lived at Madison New Britain for over two years. This property is managed by a completely incompetent team, I work in property management and the things I have seen take place at this complex are completely unacceptable. I lived next door to one of their leasing agents and the noise and smell of marijuana was non-stop – they apparently do not drug test their employees. The apartments are outdoor walk ups, it’s not like they have enclosed hallways, so the fact that the smell of pot smoke was so consistent really says something. Additionally the property manager, Katie Sokolis, has a complete disregard for residents. I moved out over a month ago and have been trying to get in touch with the property for that entire time period. I sent Katie multiple emails that never received a response. Even during office hours – it’s impossible to get in touch with someone at the property. I would leave message after message with the answering service and literally have never received a call back from anyone at the property. It took 34 days to hear back from anyone about a move out inspection or my security deposit, which is illegal. The resident/customer service at the property are absolutely terrible. At this point I’m going to try to reach out to Madison’s corporate office, I hope they answer their phones.

Nice apartment community from the outside but so many freaking steps to get up and down everywhere! No elevators here. A delivery person nightmare lol but you get a good workout though delivering stuff up and down those steps!

My husband and I selected Madison New Britain for temporary housing while our house is being restored and it was a great decision. The staff has been gracious and responsive every step of the way. We are enjoying our apartment, the neighbors and the location so far!

Something is fishy for sure. Day before yesterday, we were told no tour after 5:30 pm. We understood because we reached at 5:35 p.m. Today we reached at 5.00 p.m, we were told to leave right from the door. Katie, the property manager told that the area is unsafe to walk out, even to take tour of an apartment. Further she added no apartment available to show . Surprisingly just an hour ago, I spoke with her on phone. All I can say that she was so desperate to show us an apartment. She knew both of the days about our ETA. We drove from 45 mins away during traffic hours. Very disappointing that they showed no respect to our time. They should have told us directly that something is not right about the area or the place or them instead of making us drive twice, asking us to leave immediately and no apologies.

I have lived in many apartments and so far this one is the best. Management is very responsive in case you have problems with the apartment and very polite. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who wants stay near or around Chalfont.

My leasing application and move in process went very smoothly. Katie and Seth made it all very easy from the application to the move-in date. My apartment was turned over to me in beautiful condition. My lease began a month ago and I am very pleased with everything about Madison New Britain.

I'm writing this review for my sister,Betty Hart,who doesn't have a google account.She loves the layout of the apartment. The office & maintenance staff are quick to respond to any request you may have. There is a lovely pool , & the exercise room is available at any time.Residents are very friendly and there are several functions during the year for everyone to get together and meet new people.I recommend Madison at New Britain to everyone.

I Lived here and tried multiple locations within the complex and each time my life is thrown upside down by not being able to sleep because of county line road noise. I was missed lead originally when I brought up my concerns about the proximity to this noisy and busy road.
