Positives:
- I needed a quick oil change cause I had quite a bit going on. They were able to get me in fast and get it done.
-they used synthetic oil even though I didn't specify my preference for it.
Negatives:
-They will try to upsell you. This is arguably a normal thing with any business. Its just annoying. Changing an air filter costs you like $20 and 4 minutes. But for a mechanic, it's 'intensive' labor.
-Their lube oil and filter was noticeable expensive compared to other areas.
-They added the window washer fluid for an extra 4 dollars. Did not request it. I really didn't need it.
-Their overnight key drop off did not feel to 'secure'. You'd have to bring your own envelope and pen...
-no mints at check out like a higher class joint.

I took a chance on this mechanic and didn’t really know much about him other than the fact I live close and always saw he was busy. I had two separate issues with my car. He was very honest and went over my options with me. I ended up getting one of the (bigger) issues taken care of right now but will definitely go back for the other. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. I was floored when I picked up my car he actually brought the part out that was bad and showed it to me. Very professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

Received great service from Kyle Carr. My car was done within the time frame and cost given. Kyle was also thorough in explaining any questions I had. Despite having several people in the shop, he kindly helped each customer to their satisfaction. Professional and honest service you rarely see these days. Highly recommend!
