βIncredible local store. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind staff. The man at the counter helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and then some. ;) Lots of older USA-made stock; great when you have something like a light fixture from an older era that you want to carry NOS spare parts for.β

I walked in looking for brackets to attach bookcases to walls. I was positively clueless!
Craig was absolutely incredible. He fashioned exactly the loop that we needed out of cablewire and all sorts of other stuff. We could have bought the loops already done for $13 each. But instead he put together all the stuff that we need to make eight of them for under $40.
HE WAS POSITIVELY, ABSOLUTELY, UNEQUIVOCALLY AMAZING!!!β
βThe store itself is great, but thereβs nothing better than an extremely hard working associate (Tom the cat) that never fails to greet us. On a real note, we do love seeing the cat when we visit and the place is very nice and organized.β
βThe store was clean, and merchandise is displayed in a logical organized fashion. The gentleman at the register was friendly, as was another associate who helped me make a selection. On top of that, their prices are good. I particularly like the fact that the store isn't two city blocks in size to accommodate every product under the sun, and you can get in and get out before the season changes.β
βI've shopped at HF for years, way before they became so popular, and they've always been a great place to buy tools and accessories. In fact, practically every tool in my ship has come from here. They always have great coupons, often give away free stuff and have a great range of products suitable for the professional as well as the average homeowner (like me?)β

I had a 50+ utensil drawer. It kept falling apart from use. Nailed it, taped it. Decided to reach out to Ace for suggestions. Len said would look at it. He did amazing job. Glued it and put brackets on it. Price was so reasonable. Very courteous as well. I highly recommend dealing with such a nice crew at this store. Thank you.β

βKris the manager went above and beyond helping me straighten out a hot water heater situation that was a bad purchase on my part. Really, Rheem should be ashamed of themselves for selling The Gladiator heater to begin with. Kris had everything ready to get credit back on my credit card and purchase another model when he very easily could have made me go through store credit route and and wait for the difference to eventually show back up on my credit card. I appreciate his effort in making the entire night mare of a situation slightly easier. I'm going to have HOT WATER TODAY!!!!β

βJust purchased a gas dryer for our new home. I knew nothing about gas lines and or how they worked. Home depot failed me miserably. I walked in on Monday morning with the hose and fitting and Bob knew exactly what I needed without me even speaking. Super friendly staff and some metal music to boot! ?. Thank you again Bob!β
βThe guys in here feel like family. Prices are competitive with surrounding supply houses but the service is impeccable. I really just want to hang out with these guys all day and talk about laying pipe, " Plumber joke" hahaha???β

βJust wanted to say how wonderful our Doylestown Ricciardi Brothes paint store is!The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful and they always take the time to answer questions and assist with my housing projects.Raj is the manager there and I have never met a more professional and kind and patient person in my life. Benjamin Moore paint is the best but itβs the staff that makes all the difference!β

βDO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. They use RAS, which I'm almost sure their "big box" competitor does also. I've had more appliances damaged in delivery from RAS, then delivered without issue. Some were three deliveries to get me an appliance without a scratch, ding, dent. PLEASE put the extra money out and go to an independent dealer. I'm sitting here without a refrigerator for AT LEAST another week because of a huge scratch on the side. The delivery guys saw it, and waβ
