Know idea what they're talking about. I went into Grin with gel on my nails and put polish over it. They looked better when i went in then when I came out.

I came here with my friend to get a refill. The lady cut up my fingers so badly that they burned for days. She shaped them opposite of what I asked as well. When I went up to pay, I genuinely forgot to tip because I was so frazzled about the fact that my fingers felt like they were on fire! So lady asks "Are you going to tip?" I said Yes,so sorry." I gave her $6 rather than $10 because again, my fingers hurt and just about bleeding!!! She looks at me and goes "That's it?" "just $6?" I said nothing else and walked out. I still truly have no words than absolutely RUDE and APPALLING.

me and my daughter came in and she got acrylics and 3 of them fell of not even a week later i am extremely disappointed

Great environment and service! Very friendly and attentive staff. Pedicures have sanitary bowl liners and great massage chairs!

I paid $58 for a gel pedicure today and it wasn’t even worth half of that. Sally was the woman who did my pedicure. the nails are filed uneven, polish missing from corners, polish barely painted close to the cuticle, so many cuticles missed or sloppily cut, polish left on my skin, hangnails half cut, and the polish is either clumpy or sheer. the lighting in these photos is a little tough to capture that last bit. not to mention we made an appointment and I wasn’t helped til 20 minutes after the time. I really wish I could get my money back because this was a HUGE waste. I could do a better job and that’s saying something.

I just moved to the area. I have been seeing the same nail technician for the past 4 years. I was looking for a new nail place as my old place is an hour away. I went somewhere else last week for a refill and they messed up my nails pretty badly. My nails lifted and some even fell off within a week. I heard that grin nails a good place so I went. Olivia took her time to fix every nail, and completely fixed what the previous nail spot ruined. She took pride in her work, and was very kind. My nails look and feel great. I will definitely be going back.

I went to Grin Nails yesterday. Mj did my mani and pedi. She was so kind. I got royal pedi and that was great. She made 30 min. Massage and end of the massage she put the paraffin too. I’ll definetely come back here.Services: Pedicure

My granddaughter and her friend made a appointment to get a full set gel well when they showed up they said only one appointment was reserved well they made my granddaughter sit and wait 20 min till they fit her in the appointment was for 12 at 2:15 they were still getting their nails done almost 2 hours this was for prom that night well when they finally got done and they came home the nails my granddaughter had were horrible she always does coffin shape well these were not coffin at all more like witch nails the gel has been bubbles in it her thumb nail is crooked worst experience ever she did nothing but cry thanks for making her night horrible I do not recommend this place at all we will go to our regular place

this place is awful. Never recommend going here took two hours had a long wait nails came out. Look at shit adding picture below of me and my friends nails that we had to pay $90 for.

I came here to get a full set of acrylics. I will admit, they looked beautiful when it was finished. However, my first acrylic nail broke off less than 12 hours after getting them put on. I called the salon and asked if I could come in to get it fixed, while also expressing my frustration in paying $80 for it and having it break so soon. They fit me in to get it fixed, which I appreciated. However, the next day not one, not two, but three of my nails broke off. I am very disappointed to have paid this much for these nails and having them break two days after getting them. Clearly it is not quality material and the price is too much to have this happen. I do not recommend this place and will not be coming here again.
