Tracy on the phone called me and laughed at my mom’s name saying “ I don’t want to mispronounce it “ then I told her how to pronounce her customers name and she kept laughing. Till she finally said it. Then the delivery driver Bill was lost and this will happen but then when he finally arrived at my mom’s door - he refused a tip and almost slammed the door on her face. On her birthday. Low customer service skills here.

I stopped in for a last minute arrangement with something particular in mind. I explained what I was looking for and the price range. It turned out perfect and only took her 5 min. to make. I will definitely be back and order online.

Gordon's provided us with beautiful centerpieces and flowers for our cake for our wedding reception. It's a week later and our leftover flowers still look great and 2 guests texted us pics of theirs still looking good. Also a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

BEAUTIFUL arrangement! Great service and very nice interaction over the phone. I called at like 1 o'clock and asked for a same day, anytime after 4pm delivery (I would have been 100% okay if they said no) and I spoke to John. He was so nice and had zero problem making that happen. It was my daughter's sweet 16 and I had them delivered to her work. I asked for all pink and white and chose the "smaller" bouquet. For being last minute, I am MORE than happy with this arrangement. They are gorgeous and it made our daughter's whole night at work. Thank you John and team for making this an even more special day for her! ??? You have a forever customer!

Honestly really disappointed. My husband ordered an arrangement of tulips and I've never seen an uglier arrangement. Its full of weird greenery and hardly any tulips. The tulips that are included are super tiny. It does not look like a professionally made arrangement. I really hate to bash a local business but I had to say something for the price that he spent. Flowers are meant to bring joy but these ones just made me sad.

Their website was easy to navigate and delivery was very fast. I’m happy because my grandparents were happy but I don’t think the bouquet they made could qualify as “comparable” to what is pictured on the website. The website says that if they don’t make the same bouquet, then they will make a comparable one. The one delivered is not as elegant and lacks the variety of the one on the website. It also looks cheaper in my opinion.

This local florist is great, place has been around long as I can remember. You are definitely not going to get your “$9.99 a dozen” roses like you get at the food store here, these are all much nicer long stem flowers. They allow you to walk around and pick exactly what you want and then put it together for you.

I ordered flowers over the phone, after reading reviews. Gordon's did not disappoint! The man that I spoke to when ordering, was so friendly and patient. He even let me go back and change my message on the card without a hassle. The flowers were within my budget, and looked amazing! I've been duped before from another florist - so I'm always so worried. But these were a beautiful seasonal bouquet, and my friend who received them absolutely loved them! Thank you Gordon's!! I'll be using them again

I called them at 8:07 and asked for a quick arrangement to take to my niece first cheer game. Picked up a beautiful small bouquet of Gerbera daisies at 8:15, I definitely we'll be giving them more business. Thank you for making the arrangements so quick! My neice will love them ❤️
