Ive been here a coule of times in the last few days and the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful, filling a prescription that just came in quickly, taking me to the aisles to look for OTC drugs and giving me advice. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

Extremely helpful pharmacists and technicians here! Really accommodating of my situation and helped me get the lowest price for my medications. If you are able to get your prescriptions filled here, do it!

This is the worst giant store in Pennsylvania.Management doesn't care about anything. Front desk (customer service desk) employees are rude, Is all dirty and disorganized.Nobody to help you. Only one cashier and only a few self-checkout machines that work. Every item or product are overpriced.was there today and took me half hour in line. I hope that they close this store for good.Do yourself a favor and don't go there.

Teach the cashiers how to say "THANK YOU!!! after they they complete the transaction for the customer. Customer service goes a long way!! Remember say THANK YOU!!!!! to the customer.

I am a dedicated Giant Shopper and I have my favorite locations (Doylestown and Aston), but I was dining in a restaurant in the same shopping plaza as this Giant location so I popped in at about 8:15 PM on a Tuesday night.The place was dead and understocked (my bad, I bet) but I was able to get most (not all) of what I needed.Same prices as at the other Giants so that was good.I bet if I come during the day the shelves will be better stocked.

Yo fr it's a nice place to buy groceries. Pay no mind to lame reviews, they're just some picky customers. Came here cause I wanted food at 6a and yup, they're open :)

Made a purchase tonight totaling 4 items. After I placed 2 of the items on the counter, the cashier asked if I was going to pay for the rest... I replied "of course" and he said "well how about you help me out a little." (at this point I had been standing at the counter for all of seven seconds). I placed the other two items on the counter and as he rang them out and put them into a bag I said, "I don't need a bag, thank you". He replied, "well this is my job. I have to put it in a bag, or else they're going to question you as you walk out". Me: you have to put it in a bag? cashier: yes, I have to, it's my job. Me: so I can't leave here without a plastic bag? cashier: No. After he rang me out, obviously, I took the items out of the bag and left it behind. Then I put the items in my vehicle and came back and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to the grocery manager. He told me that "the front house staff rotates so much that SHE was probably just poorly trained and SHE didn't know what SHE was doing. Sorry about that."(as a matter of fact, SHE was a rude MALE cashier... not sure why the grocery manager assumed this cashier was a female). I walked away in disgust... then I came back, and said, "to be clear, you don't actually even give a s*** who it was, right?" He said, "well if you wanna tell me who it was, I can talk to her" Then the store manager came by and said he would have a talk with the cashier.

Love this store! The staff is very nice, from customer service to cashier to stock. I forgot my mask and put a large napkin over my face with intent of buying one. A produce stock person at the entrance asked me if I needed one and went to customer service and got me one. On another visit, I couldn't find hot choc. Cashier got an asst who walked me over to the aisle. Downfall- hot foods. Fried chicken used to be great. Lately its dried and hard exterior. Used to love the pot pies in prepared foods. Addicted. No more! No gravy, very little filling, dried crust. I used to only be able to eat half. Now? I just finished, gave crust to dog (yes, that bad), and I'm on my way to McDs for a hamburger. WHAT HAPPENED to your prepared foods?
