As unfortunately seems to be Giant’s normal around Philly, the bathroom had no towels and only a dryer, with no way to open the door to exit the bathroom other than grabbing the handle.
How are employees and customers who handle product expected to have clean hands? Gross.

Always nice and clean, cashiers are always polite. Star bucks inside store, that's always a plus. Also citizens bank is inside store.

Excellent supermarket with a wide variety of products and good prices. At the entrance beautiful flowers for sale. If you have the local card you will hear about discount benefits.

Deb & Dara need to be fired. A team of two that lack customer service and communication skills. Luckily for me, Rosemary was in the store to turn the situation around. My anxiety was through the roof dealing with these two and their attitudes today. Dara was slamming her key card on the kiosk because she was upset that the bagging button wasn’t working. She seem to be annoyed that I was annoyed. As a customer when I go to self check out I don’t expect to have to deal with people at 6:30 AM. That’s why I went to self check out. And what do you know, this is the exact reason I tried to avoid people because, as soon as I start communicating with these two my giant experience goes terribly and now I’m pissed off on the holiday.
I explained to Dara not to slam things within a foot of me because I don’t appreciate it to which she stormed off like a toddler and asked for Deb to help. Deb was no better yelling at me saying I needed to get a giant card if I wanted to save the $40 on my order. Instead of having compassion and consideration for a customer that’s local and lives within three minutes of the store, she also made it a terrible experience by yelling at me getting upset that I didn’t already have a giant card. Maybe you should consider learning how to issue a card so that you can actually resolve a situation appropriately. I don’t think corporate is going to be happy to hear about your behavior or your coworkers.
Deb eventually storms away like a toddler to get rosemary to help. I’m not sure why because she just decided to linger around running her mouth for another minute or so until I told her to get lost because I was over listening to her loudmouth at 6:30 AM in the morning.
Thank you so much to Rosemary who turned this experience around for me, but I’m still pretty upset by the employees behavior and will be reaching out to make a formal corporate complaint on Monday.
I’d also like to make mention that Deb kept expressing the fact that I came into the store with an attitude yet I didn’t have any interaction with her until she came over to help me. In any event I’m allowed to have an attitude, I’m a grown woman, I’m a customer and I didn’t direct any negative energy towards you. You have no idea what people are going through on a day-to-day basis so you need to just shut your mouth and do your job next time.

Friendly, polite, always helpful employees . Excellent products ,Brand name and store brand products .Good Sales ,But Digital coupons and App that was slow or didn't work causing us to buy more items at other stores. They have already lost our xxx who exclusively purchased at Giant because of time .Digital coupons and lousy app cost Giant $400 week -just 1 customer . $$ Solution offer Digital and Flyer paper deals .

Very organized, and people were very helpful. Only problem is the self checkouts are the only lines open anymore. Paying top dollar for food, and employees watch you check out.
