I highly recommend this wonderfully gifted, professional, & accommodating, seamstress. I was referred by a local tailor who couldn't provide the requested custom sleeves we wanted, in addition to hemming an elaborate, multi-layered prom gown. I asked a LOT (only 2 weeks before the prom) - to design & create some type of sleeves from the material removed from the hem of the gown. We discussed it, she took measurements, and she figured out something she could do. She made the most wonderful sleeves! They surpassed even our best hopes! She made a minor adjustment for comfort when we picked it up. It took only minutes and the dress is simply wonderful... and EXTREMELY reasonable!

Strongly do not recommend!! I had a HORRIBLE experience! I brought my dress here to be shortened by a couple inches. Other than it being too long the dress itself fit perfectly. I had it on the day before I brought it and had no issues with how it fit. I asked them to shorten it and picked it back up 3 days later. When I got it back the dress was shortened however it was also so small I couldn't even get it on. I have no idea if they shrunk it or if they took it in by accident. But when measured it was now 3.5 inches smaller in the waist. I went back to talk to them about it and the worker just kept stating that they shortened it. I told her i knew that it was shortened but that it also seemed as if the top was taken in. The worked again kept repeating that they shortened it. I kept trying to explain that the length wasn't the issue but she would not address anything else. I asked if there was anything they could do to fix it. I even offered to go out and buy more fabric if they could sew it on just so I could at least wear the dress. The worker was extremely rude and just laughed the entire time like it was a joke. They offered no help. I have a wedding in 2 days and now have no dress. Definitely do not take any clothing you care about here.Service: Alterations

We took my daughter's wedding dress there for alterations. They ruined the dress right before the wedding and refused to do anything about it. I will be seeking legal action on them. For your sake, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!Service: Alterations

We use this cleaners absolutely regularly! They are great at what they do and so very pleasant. I can't believe the white shirts they salvage when we would've considered them done! Highly recommend Express.

The employees there are very nice. When I pulled out my credit card they said they don't accept credit payments for under $10.00. However they were very nice and wavered it even though I was willing to go to the nearest ATM. They did a nice job and I will definitely be going back.
