I highly recommend Chalfont Collision Center - John and his staff are just beyond kind and helpful and truly care about their customers. Thank goodness I didn’t need their services for a collision - but was referred to them for a year-long unidentified horrid odor in my Toyota Highlander. They helped to find the cause and provided the best customer service. I can’t thank them enough. This is a top-notch business!

Just had my 10 year old Ford F150 in the shop to replace a rusted tailgate and a minor ding in the rear quarter panel. Excellent work! Looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Paint matched perfectly and a quick turnaround as well. The owner, John is a pleasure to work with. 100% will be sending more work their way.

I had the BEST experience with the Chalfont Collision Center!! Everyone there was friendly and took great care of my car! My jeep wrangler bumper was hit in a shopping center, JT from Chalfont Collision was able to give me a same day estimate and order the bumper piece. It was a quick delivery and installation. They go above and beyond there with the work they do and customer service! They even gave me a goodie bag with lots of goodies inside. I can't recommend this place enough. Fantastic customer service, plenty of follow up, updates on progress, and they even beat their initial timeline for my repairs. Absolutely fantastic shop and crew. You now have a customer for life who will tell everyone who will listen how fantastic your work is.I've gone over the repairs a few times now, and I can't believe the seams are spaced perfectly!

This is THE best collision and auto repair shop in Bucks County. I’ve always had absolutely great service and excellent work. I recently referred my friend who needed an inspection done immediately. John, the owner, and his crew took such good care of her. She’s always had a bad experience with auto body shops, and was skeptical, but when her inspection was completed, she actually called me crying. They delivered her car to her home. Her car was washed and vacuumed. And then she saw the goodie bag left on her seat with Reesie’s peanut butter cups and other goodies. She just could not believe it! not only that, her car, which is older, passed inspection, and John alerted her to upcoming repairs that will be needed, but there wasn’t all the pressure and hard sell that a lot of us tend to encounter at other service providers. He’ll be there when she needs him. Let me tell you, it’s daunting to find good care for our cars. These guys go above and beyond not only in the work they do but in their unbelievable customer service. I can’t recommend them enough!Thank you, Chalfont Collision Center!!!!
