“It’s rare to get what you pay for these days, even rarer to get more than that. At least that’s how my wife and I felt after choosing Caliber Collision in Chalfont for a relatively minor bumper repair. They treated my wife so nice and made the process so easy. Not only was the repair done expertly, but the car was sparkling clean inside and out when we picked it up. A few days later we noticed that they also reattached the knob to the front passenger seat’s electric controls. It came off a couple of year ago and we hadn’t been able to fix it. That small thing really tells me a lot about this shop. I strongly recommend them for your auto body repair work. You will not be disappointed.”

“Absolutely phenomenal service. I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. Could not thank them enough for everything they have done. I would not take my vehicle anywhere but here. “Bill was fantastic to work with - I had gotten the run-around from 3 or 4 dealerships and them having me call their glass guy and everyone made a big production over how payment would be handled from insurance, saying I should pay up front and submit the receipts to be reimbursed later by insurance... I finally call Bill and he very calmly told me yea I deal with State Farm all the time I'm not sure why you were getting a big run around about it with other guys - he ordered original manufacturer's glass, was very transparent with the timeframe for the glass to deliver, once it arrived I was scheduled for installation within 2 days, car was dropped off in the morning and finished by 2pm just as promised, with all sensors recalibrated in-house. paid my $500 deductible and not a cent more. most painless process anyone could have asked for, 10/10 stars hope I never have to replace broken glass again but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else next time.”

“Alderfer Glass has supplied and installed both of the storm doors in our house, the front door about 3 years ago and the back door about 15 years ago. Recently the interior handle/latch mechanism on the back door broke and, because of the age of the door, a replacement part apparently was not available. So over the course of a few months Alderfer both quoted us for a new door, but also worked with me and tried to locate and fit a replacement handle for the current door. Eventually Eric found a handle on Amazon that he thought might work, and I ordered and installed it, and it does fit!.

The point is, we saved having to replace a perfectly good door (except for the broken handle) and spent under $35. Alderfer gave up a current sale, but retained a customer for the future, because their customer service and installers continue to be unfailingly helpful, courteous, and professional.”
