“Absolutely phenomenal service. I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. Could not thank them enough for everything they have done. I would not take my vehicle anywhere but here. This shop is very honest and works hard to assist the customer in any way possible, whether it be financially, or with recommendations on repairs. Cannot recommend this place enough!”

“Suburban Autoworks (SA) was wonderful to work with! Our son was in a car accident and SA was one of the options our insurance company gave us to fix the car. Boy are we happy that we chose to use them! From the first phone call after the accident to when we picked up the car, communication was excellent (Kim was fantastic!) and we always felt like they listened to and addressed our concerns. “I’ve been in an accident once before, and it was a nightmare of an experience between my insurance and the collision shop I was sent to. As soon as I was hit this time, my first thought was that I would have to deal with another bad company and how I did NOT want to go through that part again. Caliber Collision in Colmar made everything SO easy and stress-free for me. They went into detail explaining everything to me when I initially dropped the car off and exactly what they would be fixing (I know nothing about cars so this was helpful), kept me updated the entire time on repairs, and even finished the vehicle a week earlier than planned. They made it look absolutely brand new (significant front end damage to the drivers side that you cannot even tell was there now) and the paint is perfectly blended. This was the most severe accident I’ve been in, and the worst my car has looked, and they made it perfect.
Thank you to Steve who worked on my car and made it look so beautiful, and Trinity and Ashleigh for being so pleasant every time I called with a dumb question. You have made this whole experience so much easier on me and from the moment I dropped the car off, I knew I was in good hands. The front office secretary / manager (not sure if that’s her official title), Andy, is super knowledgeable and holds such a space of calm positivity around her and over the whole experience, which I found very valuable and refreshing amidst the fast pace and stress of life in general, esp dealing with a damaged car. My car ended up being totaled, so in the end, I did not have the work done. But everyone was so upbeat and pleasant. Great communicators. Very professional. “Very Professional work. With the struggle for getting the right parts on my behalf Drew and everyone else working on my car were very patient while i was working on getting the correct parts for my car while it was stuck on there lift. When i got the parts to them they finished the same day. LT headers and a Borla Atak catback are no easy task especially in a 5.7L dodge challenger. While working on my car i was constantly updated about everything going on and was even given pointers and recommendations for my car. And when it came down to the finished product the car sounded amazing in the end. I will definitely be coming back in the future for more upgrades on my car.”

“LIP was recommended to me by my tuner after I slid into a curb during some snow and and a good amount of damage to the front end of my Mk7.5 Golf R. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with, arranged for their own tow truck to pick up my car same day, kept me up to date on the entire process, worked with a supplier to receive and install some after market wheels during the fix, and gave me back a car that looks/drives as good as the day I got it.I really can't say enough good things about these guys. Phil and the team did a great job and made the unfortunate event of crashing my car as painless as possible. They did great work and I would 100% recommend them if you're looking for a reputable body shop. While I hope to never see them again ;) I'm glad I came across them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if the need arose.”

Came into Hayes and asked for estimate: ~$850. They worked around my busy schedule and I was able to drop off my car during closed hours and had it ready for pickup a couple of days later. “I took my car to Steve on a Monday to have him look at the dent in the back of my car. He said to bring it back in on Wednesday, because he has a guy that he works with that’s great, and should hopefully be able to get it out. My fingers were crossed!
Wednesday came, I dropped off around 8:30am, and received a call by 1:30 that my car was complete, and it was a third of what other local body shops have quoted me. I was shocked and so happy, as this dent has been really bothering me for the past few months. The work done, looks like there was never a dent there at all! I would recommend Steve to anyone!
