Long over due hall bath remodel has just been completed and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome!
Thanks to the entire staff over at Beaver Building & Remodeling for the great experience.
Special shout out to Jeff Wilson, the lead on this project, along with his team members Bryce and Ryan. They were detailed oriented, respectful and left the work area tidy at the end of each day. Most of all, thank you to Kevin (owner) for being patient and answering all our questions before starting the project.
Highly recommend this company for your remodeling/renovation needs. We look forward to working with you on our next project ... the master bath.

Tiny kitchen with few options for expansion. Workmanship was excellent. Small renovation "surprises" dealt with quickly and we were kept in the loop at all times by the foreman, John
Cleanup everyday. And all who worked on the project were courteous and professional

Look no further. On budget, on time and shattered expectations. Kevin (owner) was destined to lead a skilled team of contractors to design and build your next vision. We welcomed the Beaver team in our home for 3 months renovating and extending a kitchen, building a new addition and re-purposing our laundry room (amongst other things). Our lead (Jeff Wilson) is aces. Jeff, Bryce and Alex were part of our family. Starting promptly, being respectful and playful with our young children and leaving the workspace safe and clean every day. Jeff kept the project on task and commanded quality in every detail of the project so that the outcome was perfect. Reviews are discretionary but the Beaver team earned 5+ stars start to finish. Had two windows and a patio door replaced. Mark and his crew were very nice - professional, pleasant, took the time to answer all questions. Excellent clean-up as well as prepping for minimum mess in the house. Pleased with the job and would definitely recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen and living space addition. From the first point of contact they did an excellent job of hearing out our needs since we had a very specific idea of what we wanted. Once construction started, John, Billy, and Luca were the primary team working on the house. It was clear they all took pride in the work they do! John was always informative keeping us up to date on timelines. He even went above and beyond on several occasions coming to the property with short notice to make sure everything was in good order. Billy and Luca were always friendly and hard working. We can confidently say Beaver Building & Remodeling will be the contractor we use for any future projects on our home!

Beaver Building just completed a remodel of our sunroom that had developed multiple leaks when it rains. They removed our old windows and siding, installed new backing boards, and replaced the windows with custom double hung windows. By painting the interior trim and ledge white, the room is brighter and more appealing. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, plus they cleaned up the area as they worked. We have had Beaver do work for us quite a few times in the past, including a kitchen update, and flooring plus painting in our office room. They are our go to company when we need work done. We are very pleased with all their work.

we have done two large projects with Beaver Building. we took down a deck and build a beautiful screened in porch with all the amenities -- cathedral ceiling, skylights, fireplace and electric. It is our goto place most of the year. we also converted a car port into a one car garage. the tricky part was working with the downslopes and water drainage. Kevin is easy to work with -- keeps accurate records and is transparent. The team does great work and are friendly and answer all my questions. Highly recommend Beaver.

The entire team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It was simple and easy to get a quote, they answered all of my questions and were extremely responsive. We are thrilled with the work they did (crown molding first floor & second floor hallway), it looks amazing. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Kevin (owner) with Beaver Building and Remodeling met with us to discuss our multiple projects. He listened to our ideas while making his own suggestions and were are very happy with all the completed projects. Full master bathroom gut and redo, new front door entryway, hardwood stairs and railings, luxury vinyl planking of the first floor, and new robust and taller baseboards on the first floor. Jeff and his Team were great and paid attention to details. Would highly recommend and use them again.

We used Beaver for a gut and redo of the kitchen, pantry room and half bath in our 100+ year old home - from start to finish their team was organized, professional and easy to work with, communicating at every step. Our project stayed on time and on budget and we absolutely love the result! And the free house cleaning at the end is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend!

We used Beaver for 2 projects. We updated our kitchen backsplash and countertop, and tiled a fireplace along with a new custom mantle. Both finished projects exceeded our expectations. Jeff and his team are skillful and knowledgeable. Jeff built us a beautiful mantle. He is so skilled and professional. The teams arrived on time and cleaned up each day and finished according to schedule. I would highly recommend Beaver Building and Remodeling to anyone who is interested in quality workmanship and professionalism for their projects.
