I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. Could not thank them enough for everything they have done. I would not take my vehicle anywhere but here. This shop is very honest and works hard to assist the customer in any way possible, whether it be financially, or with recommendations on repairs. Cannot recommend this place enough!”

“I’ve been in an accident once before, and it was a nightmare of an experience between my insurance and the collision shop I was sent to. As soon as I was hit this time, my first thought was that I would have to deal with another bad company and how I did NOT want to go through that part again. Caliber Collision in Colmar made everything SO easy and stress-free for me. They went into detail explaining everything to me when I initially dropped the car off and exactly what they would be fixing (I know nothing about cars so this was helpful), kept me updated the entire time on repairs, and even finished the vehicle a week earlier than planned. They made it look absolutely brand new (significant front end damage to the drivers side that you cannot even tell was there now) and the paint is perfectly blended. This was the most severe accident I’ve been in, and the worst my car has looked, and they made it perfect.
Thank you to Steve who worked on my car and made it look so beautiful, and Trinity and Ashleigh for being so pleasant every time I called with a dumb question. You have made this whole experience so much easier on me and from the moment I dropped the car off, I knew I was in good hands. If I ever get T-boned again (let’s hope not) I will absolutely be bringing my car here. Thank you thank you thank you!”

“I have used Caliber twice to repair unsightly dings and dents to my car (one caused by someone opening their door and one caused by a tree branch that fell on my hood). Both times, they gave well explained estimates, got my car fixed on time or early, and kept me thoroughly updated along the way. On the second repair, when I asked them to also fix a door panel that had become warped (causing a panel gap) they did the entire repair as a free add on, even though I was willing to pay. Both repairs look like nothing ever happened. Basically, these guys are great. I’m very happy that they’re there for when stuff like this happens.”

Where they don’t just see you as another dollar sign unlike others. The sales team, which I deal with Jason and Bob. Karma, the finance woman is always fun to sit down with. They also have some of the lowest doc fees and prep which is always nice with how costs have only gone up everywhere else. Then Andy and Dan in service are some of the most knowledgeable I’ve met especially when it comes to the European and Ducati bikes specifically. “It’s rare to get what you pay for these days, even rarer to get more than that. At least that’s how my wife and I felt after choosing Caliber Collision in Chalfont for a relatively minor bumper repair. They treated my wife so nice and made the process so easy. Not only was the repair done expertly, but the car was sparkling clean inside and out when we picked it up. A few days later we noticed that they also reattached the knob to the front passenger seat’s electric controls. It came off a couple of year ago and we hadn’t been able to fix it. That small thing really tells me a lot about this shop. I strongly recommend them for your auto body repair work. You will not be disappointed.”
