We had better mail service in Sharon Hill than here. Store circulars seem to be held until Saturday when we have already done our shopping. Business mail is late. Very poor service !!!!

I do not understand why the staff is so incredibly rude, from the moment they are first engaged with a customer. There is no reason for this. It's not difficult to be kind, cordial and smile. Maybe there are non customer facing roles these folks could fill. It is really unbelievable.

The guy at the register is EXTREMELY rude. This store definitely needs to work on customer service skills. I’ve never been greeted with such rudeness in my life. Will never go to this post office again.

I recently mailed a large (9.5/12.5”) envelope to an old friend out of state, filled with irreplaceable, high sentimental value items such as high school basketball programs, yellowed newspaper sports clippings from the 60s. I hung on to these items meticulously over the decades, just to be able to revisit them one day with this old friend. I mailed the envelope from the Chadds Ford PO. I questioned the over $ 9.00 rate, and was definitely left with a feeling that I overstepped my bounds.. Upon her inquiry, I told her it contained old collectibles such as sports programs, etc.. I immediately regretted my “collectibles” characterization, and paid the high rate without further discussion. I left there with a real negative feeling about the whole process, beginning with the clerk’s inexplicable “chip on her shoulder”, to the rate I paid.. Oh well.. There are other POs around, I thought..The envelope finally arrived at the other end days late EMPTY with remarks stamped “received without contents”. My friend said it was torn open on one side, clearly deliberately, as opposed to the glue giving way in a clean break.. Those large envelopes just do not break on their own..One thing for sure: I won’t be using that particular PO again. I’m giving serious thought to finally separating from the USPS altogether, after 60 + years which included repeated frustration with them in the past 30 years or so.

The thing at the register was very rude and unprofessional. Should not have a job serving people. Needs to be fired. Absolute disgrace.

Man at the register didn't scan in all of our packages in for delivery, just threw them in the bin. Refused the rest. Said "they'll get delivered, you just wont have tracking information." Refused to pull them back out and rescan them.This has caused issues with customers and hurt business rating.Just drive the extra 5 minutes to Glen Mills post.

Chadds Ford Postal worker Melanie was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I questioned several times about not receiving my mail she simply said “ok, and”. Usually employees there are professional and courteous. I asked for the Postmaster’s phone number and she gave me a bogus number.

Giving 4 star just because my work got done smoothly, but it took some time.Kind of a secluded place but work gets done. Staff looked quite introvert and had to wait for some time until someone showed up at the counter. But later felt like they are ok to help with queries and process for the first timers, just look like they are not happy with the job. Overall decent for a quick mail or money orders.
