I would like to send a huge thank you out to our maintenance man Tom for always keeping it ?. He is forever fixing things at the apartment. Just today he came and fixed the screen door for the 2nd or 3rd time. Thank you Tom for always being friendly and giving a helping hand.

Awesome place!! It's a different part of the world. No one steals, cops ain't called . Everyone kinda knows everyone . And they allow pets all the kids play together. Can exercise in the weight /exercise in the same building. They have holiday events all year long. Staff is kind , caring,

Great job with maintenance help by Tom Rainone. He fixed our electric, plumbing and window issues, was polite and trustworthy. Only issue is The building has very few people doing maintenance work right now and we had to wait a few days to get help. Wish they could hire more people like Tom to help with maintenance.

I had an emergency water leak from my sink and quickly put in a request to my apartment service office. Tom arrived in no time and handled the situation with great efficiency. He swiftly identified the problem and fixed it without any hassle. I really appreciate how professional and skilled Tom was.

Maintenance is usually timely and good, especially if Tom is the one who helps. The grounds have looked beautiful recently. Hopefully the grass grows this year near 7300 building- lots of people drive over it and it gets ruined.
They also need a playground so all the children aren't playing under people's windows.
Brittney and Amber are always helpful. And the pool and grills are great!
Update- Tom from maintanence just fixed my tub. Thank you!!!!! You solved it quickly and easily. He is such a big help. He is a great asset to Arrive!

Look elsewhere. I've lived here for 2.5 years and after living in other apartment complexes over the past 15 years this place is the worst. The buildings are old so whatever insulation was placed when it was originally built is gone so you hear your neighbors at all hours (sides and above you), kids run around and slam doors, the building elevator is always broken, there has been a building fire alarm periodically going off for hours at a time for the past 1.5 years that hasn't been fixed, my car was broken into (1st time this has ever happened to me), 2/3 of the lightbulbs in my apartment needed to be replaced within the first six months of renting, the smoke alarm battery needed to be replaced, and one of the windows (single paned) cracked on its own and needed to be replaced. You pay extra for trash pickup and sometimes they don't show up. Electric and water bills are high. If you are going to pay top dollar (which you do here), I would suggest at least moving into a complex more recently built. Don't let the pictures fool you, this place is old and not luxurious. The only reason I haven't moved yet is I'm in the process of buying a home.

The maintenance service is below par. To fix a normal screw I had to visit the office 3-4 times. Absolutely no response from service guys and they kept closing the request as resolved.
