Got a flat on the NJ turnpike. 2 hours away from our destination. Ran on the temp tire. While waiting for the safety truck I looked up the area we were going to for a tire place and called. They had the exact tire and could get us in the next morning.Staff was friendly and had a new tire mount in about 30 minutes. Made it to our first event on time!

Had a screw in my tire 90 miles from home. Penn Tire and Auto looked at it right away and fixed it in minutes. They were careful and looked for multiple holes, not just the obvious one. And they topped off all the air on my tires. Great service!

Excellent customer service!! I called on a Monday and was able to bring my dad's car in the very next morning for an appointment for an oil change and PA state inspection. My dad's vehicle registration was expired and they helped me renew it on the spot. Also, his car needed windshield wipers. They switched them out and didn't even charge me for it. How awesome! I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will be bringing all of our cars here going forward. ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I experienced an unexpected issue with my car and this was the closest service station. The manager, Steve, stopped what he was doing and immediately looked at my car. Seeing there was an issue, Rob also came out to assist. They fixed my problem in a jiffy and were so kind and professional in doing so. I highly recommend this service center. Thank you for the wonderful service and your kindness.

Pennsylvania Tire and Auto !! I am glad to see that they opened one closer to me. I have used their other locations for all small and big jobs. They are very good with diagnosing high end vehicles and then repairing them.
