Outstanding service and kindness. They are responsive, communicate clearly and are very transparent. As opposed to other places we have dealt with they allow you to observe your animal through a window going into the individual crematorium. I asked that he have his favorite toy with him which they placed between his hands. There was no attempt to upsell any of their services. They made a terrible experience bearable. We selected an urn and they went out immediately and got the decal with his name so we would not have to come back a second time. He was cremated, had a paw pint taken and his name on an urn in approximately two hours. We would give them more than five stars if possible. Such a great place at such a terrible time.

When we knew we'd have to say goodbye to our little orange buddy after 14 1/2 years we struggled. After reading all the reviews and talking to some previous customers we decided to bring him here. Saying goodbye is never easy but they went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for us. They let us stay in a room with him as long as we wanted and didn't rush us at all. They got us our little buddy back in less then 3 days. If anyone has to go through this I recommend them. They will take care of you and your buddy with respect and empathy.

Five stars is not a fair rating because Paw Prints Forever deserves 50 stars. They were SO extremely compassionate. They “understood” my pain. The whole process was seamless & they treated me with such care & treated my pup with such dignity. They were available to help me immediately when my pup passed in his sleep & I was able to pick him up in less then a week.I’ve recommended them to everyone I know.I also highly recommend their jewelry. I got a stunning, quality necklace with my pups actual paw print & face on it. Beautiful.Thank you, Paw Prints forever!

I wish I can give Paw Print Forever more than 5 stars. We adopted a senior cat 3.5 years ago. She developed a tumor which spread too quickly. She passed away on Monday. With much pain, we called Paw Prints Forever. Amanda was so compassionate and the process was very smooth. I deeply want to thank her for helping us through the process. I know my little bean is at peace now.

We lost our beloved dog, Ridley, on Monday, 7/31, 2023. They were terrific in a tough time. They engraved the urn and included some fur, which was wholly unexpected but a fantastic gift. They are affordable, and I highly recommend their services. Thank you, Paw Prints Forever!

Highly highly recommend Paw Prints Forever. This was our first time having to use this service when our almost 17 year old dog Bear passed away in his sleep. Amanda was wonderful and compassionate from the first phone call, when I had to drop him off, and when I went back to pick up. We will recommend them to anyone for their fur babies. Thank you Paw Prints Forever for making such a difficult time in people’s lives easier with your care and compassion ❤️

We lost our dog Snowball last week on Saturday early morning , we were able to go first thing in the morning to drop off our beautiful dog. The lady working there wish a remembered her name is very caring and comforting and they even had our dogs ashes ready on Sunday. This is a great family home company

They are the best caring people. They don’t treat your pets like garbage. I had one of my dogs put to rest there. Made my wife and I very comfortable.

I can't thank them enough. In a time of heartache they were very thoughtful through out the process. It felt special. Gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye and made time to be there for me.

Paw Prints Forever was amazing. They treated us with compassion and took amazing care of our girl. I also really love that they have obituaries for pets, because she wasn't just a dog, she was family.

Our Dakota girl was 16½ years old. She took a turn for the worst and everything happened so fast!! I (thought I) had everything "planned out". After calling around all day, I found a vet who could come to our house (2 days later), give her "sleeping medicine", take her with her to be cremated and in about a week give us a call when her ashes could be picked up. Dakota had her own plans and crossed the Rainbow Bridge on her own at around 2 or 3 am. I emailed and called the vet as soon as they opened at 7am. By this time it had been 5 hours since she passed. Vet couldn't come until the original appointment and we certainly couldn't drop her off. That's when we found Paw Prints Forever. So understanding and helpful. We were able to take Dakota there right away, eventhough it was almost an hour away. She was cremated the same day and I just picked her up...2 days later.Amanda was professional & compassionate. When time comes, hopefully not soon, we will use their services again!!

I had an excellent experience at a very difficult time. I dealt with Amanda from start to finish and she couldn't have been more compassionate and caring. The facility is clean, peaceful and most of all private. The veterinarian Dr. Holmsten was very patient and kind with my cat. I would highly recommend them.

If we could give a 10 star rating to Paw Prints Forever, we would. Our baby, Marley, was diagnosed with liver cancer on 7 June 2022 and after three vet consults we were advised to give Marley palliative care.Marley had good and bad days but up until the day before we had to make the dreaded phone call, he was walking the neighborhood and doling out kisses, Marley hid how sick he was very well. Marley took a turn for the worse on 27 June and we knew we wouldn’t let him suffer. After calling four local places for an in home visit, no one was available. One person said we could make an appointment in two weeks! We called Paw Prints Forever in Malvern and spoke with Amanda, she said she’d get right back to us. When Amanda called back, she said they could be here in one hour.Amanda and Dr. Brad Holmsten of Animal Clinic of Westtown Village were so caring and compassionate. After Marley passed, he was placed in a wicker basket and was covered with his blanket and was taken to Paw Prints Forever Crematory in Chadds Ford, PA. When we arrived at Paw Prints, Joy explained the procedure and we were able to take Marley home in a beautiful wood box that day. Paw Prints Forever made a heartbreaking situation as comforting and peaceful as possible. They say everything happens for a reason and when those four other places weren’t available, it led us to Paw Prints Forever where Marley was treated with respect and dignity.Thank you to Amanda, Dr. Brad and Joy, they treated us with compassion, respect and dignity and were truly angels in our time of need. Our hearts still ache with sadness and tears still flow. What it meant to lose you no one will ever know.
