Absolutely sensational experience purchasing my first Alfa. Brody is a great sales person that delivers an 11 out of 10 in terms of customer service despite this being an out of state purchase. Kudos. Everyone at the dealership is a rockstar. Appreciate all of their time and attention to get me on the road in less than 35 minutes.

This dishonest dealership flat out refuses to honor any Alfa Romeo factory extended warranty. This illegal practice caused me thousands of dollars in damages! Also, Jamie the service manager claims that this business “is NOT an Alfa Romeo authorized service center”. Avoid this dishonest dealership at all costs.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE!! i scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle.
1) there was only 1 salesman
2) they were acting real cautious for some odd reason
But who cares I thought I am there for the vehicle, I go test drive and the salesman went with me (no big deal but Im sure I could have done it myself)
We got to negotiations then I get hit with a mandatory $6,500 service package that and I quote “HAS to be added or they can mot sell the car,” I get up and leave. Wasted a 2 hour drive and my time. Just be aware of the “Mandatory service package”

Keith Harper did an amazing job selling me my new to me car. His style and mine were compatible, where I felt like i could be honest with him and I felt he was being forthright with me in return. No undue pressure from him, though he was doing his job to offer me what you would normally expect when buying a used car. He also went above and beyond to offer follow-up checks if I wanted. I would come back to him in a heartbeat. Tim was also outstandingly supportive and enjoyable to interact with. Overall a great experience and I wasn't there all day!

Highly recommend Maserati of Wilmington Pike. Five star VIP white glove service. Had a few issues they helped me clear up. This was my second Alfa Romeo and they got me an upgrade and lowered my payment. Scott the Finance Guy and Tim the sales manager were courteous and professional. Smoothest automobile purchase I have ever experienced. Drove home happy.

Please do yourself a favor and do not buy a car from this dealership. I bought my first Maserati from them and they promised the world is for our service goes but after buying the vehicle it was nothing but nightmares. Trying to deal with their service department is ridiculous, but my lease was up. I got a call from a sales manager after I told them I would never buy a car from them again. He told me that yes there were problems like that, but it was under either new ownership or new management I forget, but things are definitely different . So I bought my second one from them and I have to admit it even a bigger nightmare than before. I tried to service department three times no luck. I tried to sales department and sat on hold for 30 minutes. And I even tried the number of the person that originally called me and told me things are different, no answer and no reply to three text messages when you’re buying a car like a Maserati you need to have pleasant dealings with the service department because let’s face it not everyone will work on this vehicle. Trust me when I tell you you’ll be living in a nightmare

I purchased my vehicle almost 4 years ago. Just recently my car needed to be serviced, Thank God for the extended warranty they offered me because it was covered. Jamie contacted me and told me to bring my vehicle in and informed me I will be able to get a loaner. Amanda helped with the rental process and answered all questions I had while they serviced my car. She even offered to stay later because of my work schedule to pick up my vehicle. Keith went the extra mile to help me fix what the warranty did not cover, for that I’m extremely grateful and thankful for their service they provided me!!!!
