Great hotel close to Longwood and Winterthur gardens. They have a nice bar and restaurant. The free breakfast is okay.

Our overnight stay was delightful. Thank you, Tina for finding us a room during the busy weekend! The Inn is gorgeous, both the hotel and restaurant, and decorated so cheerfully for the holiday. We spent Saturday at Longwood Gardens, then stayed here to have a delicious dinner and relaxing overnight. We missed the breakfast but staff was so kind to find us some noshes for the road. Our room (316) was perfectly immaculate and beautiful with warm taupe tones. The windows actually open and that is probably why the room smelled nice (they can air it out naturally). I’m so happy I planned this little holiday getaway here. We will be back, for sure.

A complete waste. My husband and I for our one year anniversary booked a room. We dined at the restaurant which was fabulous. The food was delicious and the waiter was great. It goes down hill from there. As we walked out of the restaurant seemed like the weddings had gotten done. There was currently people screaming in the middle of the street either about to fight or just got done fighting. Our room unfortunately for us was right by the elevator and lobby. That same wedding group after the bar closed came to the lobby. Screaming. Riding the elevator up and down. Fine. I understand they're in the lobby sucks for us with our room. What was not okay was members of that wedding party screaming down the hallway in front of our door. Profanities. Banging on doors. At around 1:30 in the morning my husband picked up the phone to call the front desk. Before my husband said anything the man said he knows he was going to take care of it. Obviously was receiving other complaints. 30 minutes later it still had not stopped. My husband walked down there to talk to the man at the front desk. As he was doing so the receptionist screamed at the group to quiet down this man's room is right there and motioned to where our room was. Then a group of men from the wedding party circled around my husband getting up in his face. Pointing fingers in it. Screaming they were going to bash his head into the floor. One of them threw their card at the receptionist saying here just put their room on the wedding block. Screaming you don't know who we are. Mind you this is 2 3 in the morning. On our one year anniversary that we picked to spend at what we thought was a nice hotel. Surrounding my husband. Screaming. Threatening him. Once back in the room we then had to listen to them come up to the floor and scream where you at pu*sy. We didn't get to sleep til around 4 am. The next morning at checkout we asked for the manager. The manager said he had no idea what had happened. Which I do not believe for one second. He was at the restaurant when we left so obviously heard the scene there and I'm supposed to believe the elderly gentlemen working the desk didn't tell him anything? He was able to tell me that one of the weddings went to the hotel and straight to bed. Oh so what you're saying is the other wedding that was screaming in the parking lot then went to the bar and then came to the hotel. Guess the bar doesn't care how inebriated anyone is. $$$ Sure, he comped the room. That doesn't get back our time and ruin a night we won't get back. And he was dismissive that well we do 160 weddings a year and we don't have that type of clientele. Even though I can see from a prior review you do nothing when you do have that type. You had belligerent drunk hotel guests threatening my husband. Is it just a free for all because they spent money. I feel like the staff at a motel could've handled it better than this establishment did. Said in a year they would email us with a free upgrade as well. I highly doubt that will happen. I could tell the manager didn't care he just wanted us out of his face. Like as if we will ever EVER return to this hotel again.

The refrigerator in the room was making a very loud and annoying noise all night until I unplugged it, but the main problem was that the room did not have room-darkening shades, and it was just too bright. The thin white translucent shade let in all the light from outside, making it impossible to sleep there.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is! I'm used to staying in known name-brand hotels like Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc. The customer service and the way the rooms were beats most of these chains. The room was clean, smelled clean, and had everything we needed. I will say the double "Queen" beds seemed more like Full size, but it did not make or break my stay. The front attendant, an older gentleman with gray hair, was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I wish I could remember his name. He empathized on our not-so-great car ride and gave us a great parking spot since we were leaving early in the morning around 7. I'll add, we arrived at midnight. He was so gracious and kind, and let us know to inform him if it became loud in our room since there was a wedding party. We never heard any noise. He even checked on us when we were having breakfast. We were there only 1 night for a tournament and my daughter was competing. When we left he wished us luck. I highly recommend this place, and would stay again! Maybe one day they'll add a pool. :)

The check in place is not where you think it will be.The check in person was okay. The breakfast attendant was nice. The building and parking lot are massive. My room was pretty nice. It had no real flaws. The TV wasn't the best. The free breakfast was better than other's I have had.

Our first time visiting the area for business. I was pleasantly surprised and comfortable with the hotel upon arrival. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel lobby had a welcoming feeling with the Christmas tree and classic decor. The rooms were clean and comfortable. When I visit for business again i plan to stay here.
