Listen if you guys don’t want to work with customers and have good customer service you guys shouldn’t even be in business.Currently scheduling a meeting with top leading industries in Delaware county that use this bank. Good luck

I’ve been calling every branch in my area for 2 hours no answer I’ve been calling there customer service for 3 days still no answer never have anyone available I’m currently on the phone been on the phone waiting for 1hr and 33 minutes and counting and still no answer I wouldn’t recommend Franklin mint to anyone better off using cash app or chime.

This poor excuse for a financial institution is the absolute worst st customer service and accountability. After a system error on their end I was the victim of a duplicate charge which was not unsubstantial and after discovering it I attempted to call them to no avail, sat on hold for the better part of the day so I went to the branch and was basically told oh well, they're working on it but nothing we can do. They'll take your money but they won't give it back even though it's their fault!

I have been a member for over 30 years. Customer service has hit an all time LOW! I had to call for a time sensitive matter, on hold for over 30min with three attempts. Called again today with a debit card problem and absolutely rude person (after 15min wait) offered no real assistance. Sadly time to close accounts. So disappointed as this was a really great company in the past.

I just spoke with Tim at the Member Service Center. I am a Senior, and have "issues" with memory. I had lots of questions about my card, my account and fees. Tim was extremely patient, kind and helpful. I appreciated his help very much. Sometimes I feel that the level of Customer Service one receives these days is less than optimal, but - not today! Today I had a wonderful experience in speaking with Tim, and I am grateful for his friendly manner. Tim is a "keeper" ! Thanks, Tim! Kathleen

I absolutely LOVE the Franklin Mint. My only issue with them was when I was in college and there was no shared service center near and I had to use a bank (ew). I was with them for my entire life. I recently closed my Sun East FCU account due to their abysmal customer service and failure to admit to their errors. Unlike them, the Franklin Mint usually catches errors they make before I do and they have called to let me know and APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I've NEVER had a financial institution show that much class and self awareness. I'm not sure what is with all of the 1 star reviews because this credit union is great!Also a plus it has an A+ rating with the BBB despite never having sought accreditation. For reference, Sun East has an F.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for FMFCU, I’ve been with this CU since I was a child and never had any negative experiences. Not the greatest interest rates, but I still love them!

Read what Phantom and Mike said because it aligns with how I feel. I joined the credit union when they were only like 90 members in the old Franklin mint building out in Franklin Center PA. I noticed a big change 10 years ago when they installed the teller screens and instead of having three or four tellers to wait on you They really only have one behind the three or 4 screens. One day about three years ago it took me 22 minutes to deposit a check because there was only one teller. They have not done one thing In the last 10 years to remind me of the way the credit union used to be.. They are no longer friendly and it seems everyone hates working there. So after being with them since 1981, I am moving my business to another credit union. John Unaganst would be appalled At what has because of his beloved credit union.

My mom went through Rick Ditizio for a pre approval for a home loan. He basically ghosted her. He had her submit all her information and said he get back with her shortly and never did. She kept emailing and calling him and he ignored her.He's a terrible loan officer. I'd never recommend him or Franklin mint to anyone. Luckily we found another excellent lender and she was able to get a home.

This branch is overall okay BUT the customer service is terrible. Simply needed to update contact info and couldn't load the website on my end/having difficulties. The Rep had an attitude the entire time. I think she stated her name as Chekiah. Unsure of spelling. I had to hangup. May have been in the cardmember service department.

This company's values are certainly not well aligned with the a typical Credit Union. They do not serve their members and seem to operate more like a for profit company. Their financial products do not offer rates that are more competitive than say JPMC or PNC, while they are effective at charging fees that larger for profit financial institutions offer. They also provide exceptional service at attempting to collect on fees that were created by their own processes without authorization of its members. My recommendation is go find a more ethical company or a company that is just as unethical but provides better products and services.
