I could not have asked for a better team. Usually 24 hour notice is needed to get picked up. We had 2 perfectly good cars in the garage, but could not open the garage door. I made the reservations after hours. I called in the am to see if I could be picked up. They just asked if I was flexible with pick up time - Yes in deed. I have been using Enterprise for almost 10 years and would not even think about giving my business to anyone else

Very professional and helpful staff. They're the only auto rental agency that I even consider using in the area!

This Enterprise location had great staff and good looking, clean cars to chose from. It was up the road from the body shop, so they offered me a ride to their office. When the rental was no longer needed, I left it at the body shop and Enterprise picked it up.great experience!

Someone ran into me during stop and go traffic. The other driver's insurance initially was slow to get started but since has stepped up in service. The rental car process with Enterprise was very easy. Everyone was nice, and they showed me the two cars I could pick from on the lot. Although I'd prefer to be driving my own car, just having a decent car to drive is enough!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They took advantage of my mother who is a senior citizen on a fixed income by scaring her into buying the additional insurance that she did not need… to the tune of $900!! Was never told she could cancel insurance at any time. When we called store manager we were dismissed and would not provide manager information. I will tell everyone I can to avoid this location. Enterprise should make sure employees are fully explaining additional insurance coverage and the fact that it is optional!!!!

Employees were extremely polite and professional. They called as soon as I made the reservation to confirm details. The process was very quick too.

I had a Silver Dodge Charger yesterday that was picked up at David Dodge in Glen Mills for my loaner vehicle yesterday while my Grand Cherokee was in there for service. It was a very bad experience. The vehicle was disgusting inside and out and can’t believe that the loaner vehicles were as dirty as they are. All enterprise does provide is a small Clorox sanitation, wipe inside the vehicle. Very disgraceful Also to top it off I did not feel safe in it. The brakes, etc. did not feel too good. It was like the loaner vehicles get used to the ground when people rent them from enterprise. It should be definitely taken out of service or checked thoroughly. Enterprise needs to thoroughly clean the vehicles for loaners if you’re giving them to customers and also have them inspected mechanically so people feel safe when they use the loaner vehicles. So my issue is definitely with enterprise for their loaner vehicles that they provide for people when they have their vehicle in for service at a dealer. I am going to make sure I reach out to someone higher up regarding this issue so nobody else has to experience this!

Enterprise car rental agency has been my favorite place to rent cars for the last 12+ years, but this was our first time at the Chadds Ford location, which we booked through the Costco website. Brad picked up the phone when I called them and confirmed the details. I requested Brad to give my wife a ride to the rental agency, as it would save us an hour since I was coming from work in Philadelphia. He said if we needed a ride, he would transfer our reservation to the West Chester location (Chadds Ford is 8.5 miles from our place, whereas West Chester is 7.0 miles). I agreed to keep the reservation as I had no time to deal with any upheavals. I also notified him that we were planning to go to Canada.I barely made it from work to the rental agency before they closed, and it was Brad again we were dealing with! I was surprised that we were given a loud Jeep with 61K+ miles. I asked for a relatively newer vehicle, and without looking at his inventory, he said this was all they had, and I would need to upgrade to a larger vehicle (that I did not want). The SUV was loud and had a “woof-woof” din throughout our journey. We returned our vehicle in time, and the gentleman who picked up the car graciously offered my wife a ride back home (after checking), but we politely refused. So, is it false advertising that Enterprise picks up its customers? A pickup would have saved us an hour that evening and allowed us to get a decent hotel room earlier in the evening around Corning, NY. I was also taken aback by the fact that Brad had time to sell extra insurance (which we did purchase) but not the time to look up his vehicle inventory to see if any other vehicle had come in. Instead, he sent us (with a child in tow) into the wilderness with an aging vehicle! Is this a quality control issue at Enterprise Inc. or Enterprise at Chadds Ford? Either way, it makes me sad and think twice about returning to them!

I rented a car through my insurance USAA, related to a auto accident, and it was a seamless process to pick up the car. The staff was nice and accommodating.Problems developed when my accident claim took longer than expected.1. Enterprise called telling me to return the car when the car was still authorized (things beyond my control) They told me they could see the notes, so they allowed me to keep the rental (I should’ve been able to keep it until I received my claim check) Thank you to the agent I talked to who actually listened and helped me. So I paid another $349.99 while I waited for my insurance company to process my claim. I had no money at all to even pay for gas.So a 2week rental turned into a month, (beyond my control) I don’t live here, I was traveling for medical reasons/care.2. I had a accident where I cracked the rear lenses (95.00 repair cost) My blood sugar dropped and I got dizzy. I called Enterprise and told them immediately about it and they told me they would file a claim regarding it. Not to worry.I also called my insurance company and told them as well-to avoid paying out of pocket because I didn’t have any money, and I’ve spent almost 500.00 now on rental fees.3. The manager was frustrated because I didn’t bring the car back when promised. I couldn’t even get out of bed for 3 days after dealing with the cracked lens, more money, stress, appointments, financial issues and nonsense. Well after crying on the phone with the general manager and having a very upset conversation about the 2 charges I felt like he thought I’m crazy, I’m not I have a medical issues, and being told your not going to be charged and then wake up to unauthorized charges causes stress (I didn’t have money on the credit card)4. I would’ve provided them another form of payment but they didn’t ask-point of the crying manager call) I also hadn’t even received my payment from my insurance so I had no money to even pay them. So they kept just overdrawing my credit card.I’m disabled 100%, traveling, if your office would’ve called me, I would’ve given them my debit card-but no they ran my credit card causing transactions to bounce.Car returned-Claim was closed5. I woke up to a $700.00 charge to my credit card that still doesn’t have any money on it, and the transaction was pushed through, making everything worse.I also never received any paperwork regarding $700.00 so if it was charges related to the accident why wasn’t a claim filed to my insurance? If there was a outstanding balance you contact the customer you don’t push charges with no documentation, files or information and overdraw my account to which I’ve now had to file claims, dispute the charge and contacted my Insurance and ask for them to see why I’d be told one thing and this company does something different.I tried my hardest to stay on top of everything while being very sick, and if a customer has a rental related to a accident has $300.00 to their name on total disability it’s important to listen to them, I also can’t hear well and explaining my disability gets old, but I can’t understand this situation.Try balancing your blood sugar, finances, serious medical disease, and deal with a auto accident, and I didn’t even get paid for my claim, and tried to inform Enterprise about everything. So I rented a car, had 3 types of insurance coverages to include rental car insurance on my credit card and still somehow paid close to 1,000.00 just to rent this car.On top of being told things would happen-claim for 95.00 Lens doesn’t equal $700.00I hate leaving a bad review but someone who is medically disabled, and tried to communicate as best as I could my situation, I don’t know how this went so wrong but it seems like someone didn’t do what they were supposed to. My insurance has no record of the accident claim, so I hope you didn’t charge me for a accident that happened. I also had tolls, some I paid for and I also asked for a copy to see which ones were charged and I didn’t receive a copy of that either.

Rented a car while my vehicle was being serviced all of the agents were very helpful and accommodating to the type of car I wanted. The process was super easy. Yes I will definitely rent from the Chads Ford office again.
