“BHCU is a great hometown financial institution. It’s a good feeling to be greeted by name when I walk into the lobby in Glen Mills. The bankers are professional, courteous and prompt. They call when a check is presented for payment against my account if it’s not part of my normal spending just to verify that it is legit. Bigger institutions have their place, but at BHCU you’re not just a number, your a face and a name.”
“I love my local credit union branch. Everyone is friendly & professional. They protected us during the rona, were professional when others were hostile or horribly obnoxious. Just the best! I don't get direct deposit because I prefer in-person banking & also because my Sun East branch is so well run. I'm so glad I qualify for credit union services, everyone should use a CU if they can. Almost all of them are way way WAY better than Big Banking.”

But yesterday I went in and getting a new card was so easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The clerk didn’t even have an attitude when I had to be on my phone at the window.”
“I dont understand all the negative reviews, however I am a new card holder with Barclays and I am awaiting my new credit card. As far a customer service reps, I talked to Charlotte on 10/27/2022 for almost 50 minutes trying to get the best deal on a new credit card that Citi Bank had cancelled my old account.Charlotte was wonderful and polite in reading all the disclosures and answering my questions. She also told me to open a business card if I had a small business because she could offer me 80,000 miles as a bonus. Recently returning from Europe, American Airlines handed out 60k mile flyers for joining Citi Bank AAdvantage. ZERO help from Citi Bank rep within two minutes of talking to him. Barclays is LUCKY to have Charlotte on their customer service team. Charlotte, keep up the great work and thanks for helping me get an instant approval for twice the limit that Citi Bank offered.”
