I had taken my dog with me on a several hour drive. About an hour after leaving home, I realized I didn't have a leash to use to give him a potty break! I was running late, but looking for a pet store or something on my side of the highway so I could run in quick and get a leash, but I couldn't find anything. I saw the sign for this vet and hoped they would be open and have leashes for purchase. They didn't have any for sale, but were happy to give me a free one from a drug rep that had dropped them off. So... LONG story short, they were very sweet and helpful, and if I was in the area again and was in need of their assistance, I would definitely go here!

We have been bringing our various cats and dogs here for over 30 years and always happy with the service and prices. Friendly vets and vet techs. They were thoughtful and considerate when we have had pets put down and are willing to suggest advanced tests if indicated.

They don't care about your pet they act like they don't have time for you I try to make an appointment and they said they don't have time to see your pet and it like this every time I called them.

They really don’t care about you or your pet. Don’t ever go here if you actually care about the welfare or your pet. My family and I had been going here for years and thought dr. Cindy cared about our dog but unfortunately that is not the case. I made an appointment for my dog to get spayed and when we went to pick her up after the surgery the staff told us something was not right and we needed to take to to an emergency room. We did and she had internal bleeding and was about to die. We saved her, but I will never talk to the staff at concord pike vet ever again. Worst part of all was they never called to see how she was doing. I thought they cared more.

I have took all 4 of my animals her for at least 5 year. Never had an issue before yesterday. Called for an issue and was told that they could not see my dog until Friday (called on Monday) and was rooks to take her to urgent care. sorry - thought this was a VET HOSPITAL?! Told the person answering the phone I wanted a vet to call me back. she said fine and took my number. 24 hrs later and still no call. I didn't wait for a call back and I did take her to urgent care. I have heard many people say the same about Concord Vet Hospital, they are good until you really need them. Too bad Pinnacle Vet Specialist does not provide regular vet care, their doctors really do care! Will be looking for a new vet!

I have been bringing my cat, Mary, here for many years. She's now 17 and has diabetes. The vets at Concord Pike have managed her complicated condition in a thorough, caring and sensitive way. Their love for animals shines through in everything they do and I have the utmost confidence in them. Please keep in mind that while Mary is older, she is living a happy and contented life, and that is so important to me. One last point. Concord Pike is fully transparent with the charging for the services they provide, and find economical solutions. No surprise bills. Needless to say, I am most appreciative. Five stars, easy!

We've been taking our animals here for years now and even with changes over the years, I have always been happy with the medical care as well as the front desk and assistants. I just went to pick up some medicine and they had some fossils out to take if we wanted. I think one of the docs collects them and was sharing. I just thought that was a sweet gesture.

Always very professional and take wonderful care of our dog Tessa! I travel a good 45 minutes and have clinics much closer but I love this veterinarian Dr Cindy is wonderful and now they Dr Brian is on staff and is very nice !!
