“Good memories of the time I was in the US. Store with good prices, cheap, semi-new brand clothes, many men's pants, shirts and ties. I went to the store many times. I love this.”
“While the location for this review comes up as Wilmington for the Kalmar Nyckel Foundation, we sailed out of the historic New Castle port. The address of the pier is 1 Delaware St, New Castle, DE 19720.Our sail on August 26th was the first day the Kalmar Nyckel was back in our area with the crew just coming off a trip to New England. Captain Lauren greeted everyone on the pier then welcomed us on-board. The crew were especially helpful as passengers navigated the dock, ramp and steps assuring everyone got on board safely. After a brief safety demonstration on the use of PFDs and 'what to do in an emergency' we were underway. It was a hot day and the crew kept everyone happy and hydrated by handing out free bottles of water. The 2.5 hour trip goes by too quickly. The Kalmar Nyckel's crew is exceptional at every turn. Many are volunteers and it's easy to see they love their jobs-- and the ship. They are skilled and professional at what they do. They also love to engage guests with the history of the vessel and even with helping to raise the sails. (No easy task, btw)There's a small selection of snacks and soft drinks available along with an array of souvenirs ranging from stickers and fridge magnets to recipe books and t-shirts. After the cruise, Captain Lauren handed out 'diplomas' to each passenger which were actually beautiful line drawings of the Kalmar Nyckel.A beautiful day on the Delaware with a crew who are passionate about sailing and sharing their experiences aboard the Dutch tall ship. The Nyckel sails out of two Delaware ports. I can highly recommend the Newark port, as the surrounding area is certainly worth exploring. If you're planning to head out on the Kalmar Nyckel, you can't go wrong with choosing a sail location. That said, Battery Park, the historic buildings and several restaurants are all within walking distance of the Newark port.We had lunch at the outstanding Jessop's Tavern, then walked down to the waterfront where a festival was underway with live music and numerous food trucks and vendors. Couldn't have asked for a better day-- Kudos to the Kalmar Nyckel and her awesome captain and crew!”
“I have taken my children to Treetop Kitty Cafe a few times and have always had a positive experience! The woman who runs it is super friendly and the cats are fun to play with. It’s not expensive to go and there are fun, cat-related items available to buy.”
“My first yoga class gave me immediate relief from the discomfort in my back and simultaneously reduced my emotional stress. Reducing my physical discomfort was the reason I signed up for a class. The clear teaching, accessible poses, deep relaxation, and yogic breathing eased me into the process of learning to heal from the inside out. Taking a single Svaroopa class has been the first step of a life transforming process for me. The Ashram offers online yoga and meditation classes that are taught by senior teachers of the lineage. This is a cost-effective way of sampling what is available before committing to an onsite program. Visit their website to see the many free and online programs available to you.”
“Really nice place to walk around! The undeveloped hillsides that greet you from both sides of the yellow trail are welcome and calming. The parking lot was very full when we arrived, so I would suggest planning to expand that further.”
“The Y offers a variety of classes at varying times. I have so many favorite classes that I look forward to each day! The instructors are so enthusiastic! They motivate and inspire us! You can tell they love what they do!I am proud to be a member of the Y Community!”

1901 Rockland Rd, Wilmington“What a blessing to have the opportunity to stay at any Ronald McDonald house. As a family who has used this particular house hundreds of times over the past five years while managing our young daughters amputation I will tell you it's fantastic. You will feel at home with staff and in your room.”
“It was really nice, it was my first time there. They priced the items a lot cheaper than the other Goodwills That I normally go to, and the staff there was a lot more friendly. There was a gentleman walking around asking all the costumes if they found everything that they were looking for. Working retail, I know sometime? It can be very frustrating, so I really appreciate him taking the time to be friendly with all of his customers in the store, especially at a second-hand store. So I will definitely go back again.”
“The PNP program is very rigorous and intense! However, the curriculum does indeed prepare you 200% for what’s to come following graduation and passing the Nclex. Now that I am licensed and working, I def know that I made a great choice by choosing this school. I was class president of my cohort, and I would ONLY recommend this PNP program if you are self-driven, self-motivated, & highly confident in your capabilities of becoming a great Nurse!!!!”
“Great ambience of the place. Lots of greenification and tree planting activities around the city. Very reasonably priced membership rates with good offers at garden stores across the country, useful and interesting gardening programs. Website has a lot of fun activities like wreath making workshops etc, plant and bulb sales happening very often. Extremely helpful and friendly staff to make things easier. Would definitely recommend!”
“Awesome place for inexpensive stuff you think you can't find. Bought an interior door for $5 (good condition.) I got a book about Angels for , 50¢ ❤️ their furniture is a little pricey. Sometimes they have free stuff”

“Such a cute fair! I was pleasantly surprised. Parking was easy, there were plenty of food trucks and vendors, the live music was right next to beer tent which was awesome. Everything was well spread out so you weren’t bumping into people while waiting for your ice cream. Just a picture perfect park, absolutely glad to have it back after some rainy years!”

543 Way Rd, Greenville“Coverdale Farm isn't open to the public all that much. We like to attend "First Fridays" where the farm is open to the public on the first Friday of every month. There is live music, food service provided by a local restaurant, soda, beer, wine, and canned cocktails, and beautiful area to walk around in. There are very limited picnic benches so it's a good idea to bring chairs or a blanket. There is also a little shop that sells local bread, produce, ice cream, and other things. It's a fun evening.”
“In love with Kennett Square, it is a place full of peace, tranquility, friendliness and diversity. The mushroom capital of the world is a beautiful town that you should visit, its historical part or known as the center is really beautiful!”
“It's absolutely beautiful and amazing the services and opportunities that The Clothing Bank provides to the community! Such a wonderful and absolutely needed organization! I am so proud to be a continued supporter! ?”
“Great location for seniors to live. It has a circle drop off with a handicap ramp for easy access with walkers and wheel chairs. It has a seniors center adjacent to the building... a huge plus. The senior center offers a hot lunch daily and dinner a few days a week. Also, visitors have ample on street parking for family and friends who come to visit. The management staff there have a genuine concern for the tenants.”
“I have a family member living here and always enjoy my visits. The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. They make it feel like a home. The grounds are quite beautiful too. And I've eaten there a few times while visiting. It's a great selection and the food is delicious. They've done a fantastic job keeping the residents safe through covid also. Sometimes I wish I lived there!”
“The pumpkin carve was always a really great time when I lived in Chadds Ford years ago. I can't believe how huge this event has become. Hats off to everyone who is involved with setting the carve. My family had the best time. Looking forward to next year”
