I don’t know how they operate their brick and mortar, but they sure don’t do a good job on eBay. They sold me a faulty optic and gaslight me into thinking I had an stigmatism in my eye. The guy told me “buyers remorse sucks” and dragged his feet issuing a return so now I had to send it back to the manufacturer which will be another 30 day minimum . Buyers beware!!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing a foxpro caller from Vergona Outdoors ebay site, to see the other people that experienced the same horrible experience I had. The caller powered up but did not work upon arrival. I requested to ship the item back and get a refund within the 30 day return window advertised, and the seller accused me of using it for a hunt and trying to return it after the hunt. Bizarre--I had not even sent it back yet--so his rude accusations were not only untrue but also purely speculative. I shipped it back for the "full refund". He was condescending and accusatory to me before and after he received the return and then only refunded 1/2 my purchase price and lied about the condition in which I returned the product. I will have to call Amex to get the rest of this purchase refunded. I have been on ebay since 1999 and this is the worst experience I have had. What a jerk--stay away!

I ordered a fox pro decoy from this company. I received the item and it did not work. I followed the Amazon instructions for returns. Vergona received the item and charged me 50% restocking fee on an item that did not work. They say it worked and they resold it when I asked them to return it to me if it was working. They then called Me a thief ? Buy anywhere else and save your self the headaches of dealing with this company.

I ordered a Foxpro x24 electronic game caller on Amazon. It arrived a day earlier than expected. Everything looked and worked great. That same day I took the call out and within 15 minutes had a coyote down.

This business is horrible at answering questions and communicating with customers.After I asked a question on eBay regarding an item, not only that I did not receive the answers but I got blocked from items from the shop, I couldn't contact them either. If you have reasons for not wanting to conduct business with me at least reply and say so.I'm glad I came to read the other reviews here stating the problems they encountered. I guess I won't ever regret not receiving reply as there wouldn't be problems afterwards as well.Would avoid buying anything from them at all cost now.

Don't ever do business with this company. They are a scam. I was charged a restocking fee on an item that was sent out to me which appeared to be used. I never installed the item or used it. Be careful they will scam you

Beware of this business. Read reviews on Google also. They will scam you of your money. If you purchase an item and return it they will charge you restocking fee for item they used or had on display to begin with. BE CAREFUL shady as hell.

Their website doesn't show a whole lot, but I made a purchase from this store on ebay back on june 29 2020 for a Romeo5 and Juliet3 combo package. I messaged to ask about the item being in stock, they replied quickly. I placed my order and it was delivered 2 days later. I would buy from them again.

Very rude people here. If you have any Sort of problems you are screwed. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from an outdoor shop. Ignorant to say the least. Please avoid if you value your money. They sell used items as new and when you show proof they just won't talk to you then. Check reviews. I am not the first to say this. Wish I would have checked first. Lesson learned.
