Thank you for hanging up on me Emily during my question about the rewards program. This is the worst location in the valley, drive to Whitehall or Warrington if you enjoy friendly customer service. I've NEVER been greeted at this location. Twice the only words spoken by the person at checkout were "cash or card."

The workers here are very friendly and were a great help while I was shopping for things I like and I left satisfied with my purchases. Michelle in particular did an awesome job getting me fitted and a friendly, welcoming, and funny environment while I was shopping.

“I love bra shopping!” said NO woman ever…. Until today. I called yesterday to make sure they had items I wanted to try on in stock and Angela was super helpful to check on each item and confirm.
My experience in store was even BETTER!! Angela was there to assist me and found the bras I was looking for plus a few others. She even went to the back a few times to look for additional sizes/styles. She also told me about donating old bras for a cash discount! Who doesn’t love saving money?
This was hands down THE BEST bra shopping experience I’ve ever had. And I will most definitely shop in-store here again. Thanks Angela!

I went to Soma at the Promenade shoppes. This was my first time shopping Soma. I had a bra fitting appointment. I found out I’ve been wearing the wrong size for years! Michelle was so awesome to work with! I feel like she went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and seemed like she genuinely cared that I felt good about my purchases. I have since spread the word to many other women. I hope they act on my recommendation. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I love shopping at this Soma! The women working there are always so kind and helpful. My bra size recently changed and as soon as I came in they helped size me and find the best bra! They even spent time helping me pick out the correct nude shade for my skin tone! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Thank you for all that you do

The manager was pleasant until I returned a bra. The bra didn’t last very long. I wore it a handful of times and the underwire started to poke me so I returned it immediately. I was newly introduced to this brand by a friend and absolutely loved it and ended up spending a lot of money there. Never returned any items up until this situation. The manager/gm I’m not really sure what her position is but she was completely rude and I left in tears NEVER to shop there ever again. Rude individuals should not be working with people. She’s always super nice when I’m spending money and then just completely turned all over me wanting an exchange for the same bra.

Salesperson was awesome. I was looking for a specific item and she showed me exactly what I needed. Since I had one already didn't need to get another one. We were in and out quickly. No fakes sales pitch to buy something else. Love shopping here.

Excellent customer experience! I recently visited the Soma store in the Center Valley Promanade. This was the first time I have ever shopped there. The ladies were so helpful with finding me the correct size bras after losing a ton of weight. They took the time to really understand what I was looking for. I will definitely continue to shop there.
