As long as I passed the owners tests, he let me take out a ¥100 million loan. No interest on it either. Makes sense that the owner is known as "the lifeline of Kamurochō".

Stay far away from this guy! He almost cost me my home and thousands of dollars. He uses the newspaper ad to louer you in. He's also not very knowledgeable in his field which is the reason why I am posting this review. Professional shyster.

Tim and Kiera at Sky Financial were very helpful getting my refinance approved. There was an issue from an out of business lender who did not clear an old lien. They were very diligent in getting this cleared to complete the loan. They got us a very low rate on our loan.

One of the big advantages this company brings to the table is they work with many different lenders to find the best deal possible. They also handle all of the "heavy lifting" and shopping around, making it a painless process. Once SFS lays out the options, you only have to decide which one is ideal for your needs. Being that this mortgage broker is from the area as well, they truly understand the local market conditions. Their entire staff is onsite and offers the complete loan cycle from processing, to underwriting & closing + they are great people! That said, I highly recommend Sky Financial Services.
