Before getting in the car to leave, I decided to check it out.I was greeted immediately when I entered the store with a smile… which is always nice :) (thank you Jaret).She asked what I was shopping for and I really didn’t know so she gave me a quick overview of the layout of the store.I was there for a while… Melissa came in for her shift and also started helping me.They ended up helping me decide on my last pair because I couldn’t make up my mind. ?They also went out of their way to look for different styles in my size. Their customer service was excellent and it made me miss working in retail!You guys rock - thank you very much for everything you did to make my experience a wonderful one - I will definitely be back! :)”

Laurie provided the kind of customer service that you don't receive anywhere now. She was welcoming, kind and made my shopping easier. I miss this kind of customer service.
