He showed us a few different ones, which made it hard to choose just one- but after taking some time to try the different mattresses, we came to pick what now has saved my sleep! So comfortable and so worth it. He explained in detail everything that the base does and what options to help suit us best financially. It was greatly appreciated and he walked us through the whole process to get us set up with financing which was appreciated. Definitely a great buy which will help change so much! “We were greeted in a friendly, non pushy manner upon entering the showroom. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing us to the pieces that fit what we were looking for. We were then set up with an interior decorator that came to our house and listened to what our needs are. She brought swatches and took measurements to put together a 3D image of what the final space would look like. We are extremely pleased with the knowledge and expertise the two have shown. The negative part of the experience would be the time frame to receive our furniture. Couple months out. I’m thinking the final project will be worth the wait.”

“We had an amazing experience with ordering multiple pieces from Royal Furniture! When moving into our hound we found the need for additional furniture items to really put the finishing touches on our space, ordered 2 mattresses with frames, a reclining sofa and a sectional. Art was very thoughtful in helping me come up with the design of my sectional as I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first in terms of color/fabric/layout, but I was pretty particular about the feel of the cushions I wanted. He was able to show me the perfect floor model that I was able to customize to my taste. Art was extremely knowledgeable and very kind and walking me through all of the different options. The turnaround time was quick for all of my items and the delivery took extra care in my new home as the staircases were pretty tricky overall had a fantastic experience, I am so thrilled that I was able to support a local business royal also put in and expedited order when I was in quick need of a new mattress for a sick family member who was going to be staying with us. You can tell, the people who work at Royal really care about what they do, and try to provide customer service to the highest level. I can definitely say I am a satisfied customer of royal and would recommend my experience to anyone. Thank you Art and the rest of the team for helping me make make my spaces that more welcoming!”

“The thing I dislike most about living in Quakertown are the grocery stores. I could write a whole essay about how poorly this community is being served by its grocery stores. With that in mind I have learned to find some impressive deals from Target. Two years ago I bought nearly 0% of my groceries at Target. Now I'm up to nearly 50% of my groceries here. Get the Target red card and read the weekly email. Anyone serious about paying fair prices should be doing this. I am becoming increasingly critical of grocery stores and other big box store optiions, but Target deserves some credit for the value they are providing.”

“My wife was checking out and the cashier forgot to hand her one of the bags. She returned home and noticed she was missing it. I called the next morning and spoke with Dez, one of the managers. Right from the start, she was asking all of the right questions to see if they can locate the bag. After being on hold a few times, they couldn't locate it. And the products in the bag weren't cheap. All skin care products. They said they would get more people involved and would contact me with an update. After 20 minutes, they called back and found it. Dez, from the beginning, did everything right. They were soft spoken, kind, understanding, thoughtful, and had great people skills. They could have easily said " sorry, we couldn't find it" and left it at that. To me, they went above and beyond. “Our current Sleep Number is 22 years old and still functional. We just wanted to upgrade the size and new options. The representative at our local store was very helpful and not pushy at all . We were pleased with purchase process but since it will be another 2 weeks for delivery, I really can't review the delivery, set up or quality of our purchase right now.
