“My first time here. What a great experience!! I called today and spoke to Chris for Vehicle Inspection and luckily they were able to squeeze me in. Chris was very professional but also friendly. Very knowledgeable explaining everything in detail, what needs immediate attention and what I need to pay attention to for next time. Bonus of getting my oil change done there saving an extra trip to the dealership. Very impressed with the level of service provided and their professionalism. Will definitely go back there. “Highly suggested. I went there, asked for advice and they told me what the car needs. I already knew the prices and could completely compare how good they are to other car centers.
Very quick service, took only 2 hours to do couple of repairs for me and had to wait only for 2+ hours till they can get to my car since I was there in the middle of the day.
Did not try to sound smart and oversell what they do and were pretty honest.
I changed the car's rear pads and router and it is too soon to say how the quality of the materials are, but can definitely see the difference and how clean they worked.”

Also took my 1994 mustang to get checked out and got everything nice and cold with that AC system.

“Went there to get tires put on my truck. Had a great time chatting with the employees in the waiting room. The garage was a little busy so my tires were changed right outside in the lot. The owner went out and helped his employee get the job done. Not because he had to, but because he's not afraid to get his hands dirty. That says alot about this place and the relationship they have with their employees, and their customers satisfaction.”
“New to the area last year, I needed a trustworthy and reliable shop. So glad I chose auto motors of Lehigh Valley. So far I have had them service my vehicle on two occasions - one time for state inspection/emissions and the other time for a brake issue. Both times, they were promptly informative and kept me updated on their process and pricing. I am especially grateful for how they handled my brake issue, they ran into a few problems but made sure to go about it in the most practical and cost-effective way. I won’t go anywhere else for maintenance as long as I’m in the Valley. Thanks guys!”

“Hi. We drove to the back of the facility. Drew came out to our car to see what we needed. We told him 1 head light. He told us okay with no issues. So we pulled into the facility, and he got right on the head light. All the folks working were very kind to my wife and I. We did not have to get out of our car. He never once gave us a song, and a dance. Drew did not beat around the bush with this job. He is very kind, and full of energy. He really like his job, and likes to help the customers. AAAAA+++++”
“After taking my car in to the dealer for inspection, they told me I would need several thousand $ for it to pass, plus they wanted to add all of these unnecessary services. Mark did the inspection for me and it cost a fraction of what the dealer wanted. Fantastic service! He showed me where the problem was and was very helpful to show what might be needed in the future. You just got another faithful customer!”

Went to two shops, but in my opinion, they didn't have a grasp of what needed to be done. That's when, by luck, I stopped at SMK and spoke to Tom. Within a few minutes I knew I had come to the right place. The completed work was exceptional. Tom is more than a body man, he is a artist/perfectionist that thrives on pleasing his customers. “This shop is great, i brought my 08 Pathfinder with a check engine light for an evap leak, dropped the car off the night before, they called me the next morning with a cost to fix, very reasonable price, they fixed it, picked up my car and all was good. About a week later the C/E light came on again, similar code for evap leak. called them, they told me to bring the car back, i was fully expecting them to charge more money to fix something else, they called me, said the car was ready, i went to pick it up and they said no charge, and the car is fine..... one is always reluctant to bring a car to a shop and i have had bad experiences with other shops in Quakertown, but i think i will keep coming to these guys in the future.”

Probably one of the last honest repair shops left that truly cares about providing superior quality work without misleadimg or taking advantage of their customers, like so many others do. I have an older Honda and have always brought it to my Honda dealer only to be over charged repeatedly for inferior work on epairs that never got fixed with mechanics that don't know what they are doing . I brought my car to European Precision and they did an amazing job and they found and fixed the issue that Honda dealer mechanics couldn't. Highly recommend .”

“I always take my car to Auto Repair by Mikes and always have a great experience. This past week I had an exceptional experience that proves why I am a loyal customer. My car began having issues on Saturday and I was unable to drive it more than a short distance. I drove to Mike’s without an appointment, and although they’re booked for weeks with happy customers, they looked at my car in just a couple days and fixed the problem (for much cheaper than I anticipated). They didn’t have to fit my car in, but they went above & beyond and helped get my car back quickly.”

“Took my wife Santa Fe to 309 elite Auto repair because air conditioner was blowing hot air and one of their employees named Ricky was honest made sure to keep me informed and went out of this way to make sure he got us the vehicle back in a timely manner now the AC is blowing the coldest ait I've ever felt come out of there.
