“I mean it's a bank lol.. it's well kept. The people are nice here, always willing to help. I've never had to wait incredibly long to be helped but when it does take a bit I end up sitting in the airing area which has comfortable chairs and a Keurig Incase I need an energy boost. There is plenty of parking as it is in a shopping center. The Drive-In ATM is never busy if you're just looking to deposit or withdraw money without getting out your car head through there (especially for those who have difficulties getting in and out of cars or those with children in car seats). I'm gonna keep coming here as long as I work in the area, no real big complaint because like I said .. it's a bank lol”
“I recently had to make changes to a Wells Fargo account. It was a bit more complicated than updating a typical account, but Alexis Anderson at this branch was phenomenal regardless. He took ownership of the process, communicated sufficiently, and saw the entire thing through. I unfortunately can't say the same for other branches in the area. Either way, Alexis is a true professional and I recommend him to anyone needing assistance.”

“Possibly the nicest staff I've ever come across. Both the pharmacy and front counter. And it's crazy clean. I used to go to the one in Flourtown which was equally clean and kind. I was upset to leave that store behind, but we're so happy with the Kulpsville store. I should also note that the photo lab is very well run. I've gone in there for enlargements and they also work with me to get the best final product. Such a well run store.”
“I have been to several gentleman's clubs outside the city of Philadelphia, and I have to say this club is a diamond in the rough. The bartenders were very attentive, and I never had to wait for a drink. The entertainers were very attractive and quite sociable. The managers of this establishment were on the floor asking if i needed anything. I will be going back again on a regular basis.”

“Very spacious & clean inside. The women I met with inside was polite, friendly, and helpful. She helped me exchange money for Euros - you must do so inside the building. She was informative and made sure I had the information I needed - even reminded me to call and put a travel notice on! Spacious parking lot and drive-thru services.”

“I can't list enough praises for the staff here. My cousin has autism and sometimes has difficulty communicating complex ideas to strangers so when he needed to come in to replace his debit card, it was quite a nerve-wracking process. Justin was incredibly kind, patient, informative and overall gave EXCELLENT customer service in a challenging process for us. Thank you so much for your compassion! It does not go unnoticed. My cousin left feeling happy and was rightfully proud of himself for accomplishing a new and challenging task and I couldn't be more thankful for that!”

I take photos of my checks on my phone but if i use the ATM i print a photo receipt :) so convenient”

“I had to deposit a check for my business. I forgot my personalized deposit slip. The teller could not have been nicer and looked up my information and filled out the slip for me. And she did this all with a smile, while joking around with me. One of the best experiences I've had at any bank branch ever!”
